race for the White House.<\/p>\n<p>According to an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realclearpolling.com\/polls\/favorability\/kamala-harris\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aggregate<\/a> of favorability ratings maintained by RealClearPolitics, the Democrats&rsquo; presidential nominee has remained underwater for more than a week with unfavourability scores rising to their highest levels since the party&rsquo;s August convention. Harris is now entering the last few days of the election with a net-negative favorability rating of more than 2.5 percent as of Friday afternoon.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-40022752e7cb94542423feda89be14bc fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-40022752e7cb94542423feda89be14bc\"><\/div>\n<p>MSNBC Political Correspondent Steve Kornacki broke down some additional numbers that spell out bad news for Harris as she leads the Democrats&rsquo; efforts to maintain her administration. According to the network&rsquo;s polling, Kornacki said, former President Donald Trump has a negative 6-point &ldquo;feeling&rdquo; gap among registered voters. Harris, however, is facing an even wider gap with a 10-point deficit among voters, 49 percent of whom have negative feelings toward the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-had-standing-order-to-declassify-docs-taken-to-his-residence\/\" title=\"Trump Had &quot;Standing Order&quot; to Declassify Docs Taken to His Residence\">incumbent vice president<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The significance here is the trajectory of the Harris campaign on this sort of feelings thermometer,&rdquo; Kornacki said. &ldquo;When she first entered, she was basically in the same ballpark as Trump on positive\/negative. On Wednesday, a new <a href=\"https:\/\/prod-i.a.dj.com\/public\/resources\/documents\/WSJ_partial_results_late_Oct_2024.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">national survey<\/a> from The Wall Street Journal found Trump up against Harris by 3 points in a two-way race.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-0ecd6438bf3a5f1e2c0ec033b686294e fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-6\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-0ecd6438bf3a5f1e2c0ec033b686294e\"><\/div>\n<p>&ldquo;Moreover, voters give Harris her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-takes-national-polling-lead-as-voters-think-back-to-his-presidency\/\" title=\"Trump Takes National Polling Lead as Voters Think Back to His Presidency\">worst job rating<\/a> as vice president in the three times the Journal has asked about it since July, with 42% approving and 54% disapproving of her performance,&rdquo; the paper <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/politics\/elections\/trump-leads-harris-wsj-poll-779f8516\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reported<\/a>. &ldquo;By contrast, views of Trump have turned rosier.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>According to the Journal, &ldquo;Voters recall [Trump&rsquo;s] time as president more positively than at any point in this election cycle, with 52% approving and 48% disapproving of his performance in office &mdash; a 4-point positive job rating that contrasts with the 12-point negative rating for Harris.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Harris has responded to the <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">downward trending poll numbers<\/a> by transitioning a campaign she once centered on &ldquo;joy&rdquo; into a dystopian effort to depict the political opposition as an existential threat to &ldquo;democracy.&rdquo; On Wednesday, the vice president <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/23\/in-the-final-stretch-of-the-campaign-kamala-gets-very-small-and-very-dangerous\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">peddled<\/a> the left&rsquo;s latest hoax characterizing Trump as a 21st-century &ldquo;fascist.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;So, yesterday, we learned that Donald Trump&rsquo;s former chief of staff, John Kelly, a retired four-star general, confirmed that while Donald Trump was president, he said he wanted generals like Adolf Hitler had,&rdquo; Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/speeches-remarks\/2024\/10\/23\/remarks-by-vice-president-harris-at-the-vice-presidents-residence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">said<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-e856523e20ed08ac67614ab41372cdbf fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-10\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-e856523e20ed08ac67614ab41372cdbf\"><\/div>\n<p>The vice president was referring to The Atlantic&rsquo;s latest <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/22\/sister-of-deceased-soldier-blasts-the-atlantic-for-latest-anti-trump-fabrications\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hit piece<\/a> on former President Trump.
