She emphasized \u2062the importance\u2064 of surrounding herself with intelligent individuals who contribute diverse perspectives to \u2062her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/leftist-disinformation-police-pressure-meta-to-run-election-interference-on-new-threads-platform\/\" title=\"Left-wing &#039;Disinfo&#039; Police Push Meta for Election Interference on New Threads Platform.\">decision-making\u2063 process<\/a>. However, her statement comes\u200b in light of a \u200breport revealing a <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\">staggering 92% \u2064staff turnover rate<\/a> \u2064within\u2063 her office since taking\u200c on the vice presidency, raising concerns about the work environment. I really do value having a team of very smart people around me!&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/JEiMAY9dv9\">pic.twitter.com\/JEiMAY9dv9<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&mdash; Townhall.com (@townhallcom) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/townhallcom\/status\/1849267526800154921?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">October 24, 2024<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><\/span> <\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/donald-trump-trial-who-jack-smith-has-questioned-in-jan-6-inquiry\/\" title=\"Jack Smith has questioned individuals in the Jan. 6 inquiry involving Donald Trump.\">vice president testified<\/a> to her own virtues with a straight face in prime time despite a nearly 92 percent staff turnover rate, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/07\/23\/92-percent-of-kamala-harris-staff-left-in-her-first-three-years-as-vp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">according<\/a> to an&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.govinfo.gov\/content\/pkg\/GPO-CDOC-118sdoc11\/pdf\/GPO-CDOC-118sdoc11.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">investigation<\/a>&nbsp;from government watchdog&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.openthebooks.com\/about-us\/\">organization<\/a>&nbsp;Open The Books (OTB) published this summer.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Chaos reigns on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/carson-points-out-that-every-democratic-plan-has-backfired-in-trumps-favor-as-seen-in-the-bible-2\/\" title=\"Carson points out that every Democratic plan has backfired in Trump&#039;s favor, as seen in the Bible\">vice president&#038;rsquo<\/a>;s staff,&rdquo; non-profit founder Adam Andrzejewski said. &ldquo;Our auditors at OpenTheBooks quantified an extraordinarily high 91.5-percent staff turnover rate.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>As The Federalist has previously <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/07\/23\/92-percent-of-kamala-harris-staff-left-in-her-first-three-years-as-vp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reported<\/a>, &ldquo;[s]taffers in Harris&rsquo; office have reported a toxic work environment since 2021, when The Washington Post spoke with 18 individuals in Harris&rsquo; orbit.&rdquo; <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;One of the things we&rsquo;ve said in our little text groups among each other is what is the common denominator through all this and it&rsquo;s her,&rdquo; Democrat strategist Gil Duran, who worked for Harris in 2013 and reportedly quit after five months, told the paper. &ldquo;Who are the next talented people you&rsquo;re going to bring in and burn through and then have (them) pretend they&rsquo;re retiring for positive reasons.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;It&rsquo;s clear that you&rsquo;re not working with somebody who is willing to do the prep and the work,&rdquo; a former anonymous staffer told the Post. &ldquo;With Kamala you have to put up with a constant amount of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/shes-fcked-kamala-harris-undergoes-frenzied-office-turnover\/\" title=\"&#039;She\u2019s F*cked&#039;: Kamala Harris Undergoes\u00a0Frenzied Office Turnover\u00a0\u00a0\">soul-destroying criticism<\/a> and also her own lack of confidence. So you&rsquo;re constantly sort of propping up a bully and it&rsquo;s not really clear why.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>During the town hall Wednesday night, Harris also peddled the Democrats&rsquo; same hysterical messaging that former President Donald Trump is a 21st-century Adolf Hitler. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Do you think Donald Trump is a fascist?&rdquo; asked Anderson Cooper. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Yes, I do,&rdquo; she said. <\/p>\n<figure><\/figure>\n<p>The CNN town hall followed previous <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/23\/in-the-final-stretch-of-the-campaign-kamala-gets-very-small-and-very-dangerous\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">remarks<\/a> Harris made earlier in the day from her official residence in Washington, D.C. where she amplified the left&rsquo;s latest attempt at <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/24\/here-are-all-the-people-on-record-debunking-the-atlantics-latest-trump-hoax\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">smearing<\/a> Trump as an aspiring dictator.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;So, yesterday, we learned that Donald Trump&rsquo;s former chief of staff, John Kelly, a retired four-star general, confirmed that while Donald Trump was president, he said he wanted generals like Adolf Hitler had,&rdquo; Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/speeches-remarks\/2024\/10\/23\/remarks-by-vice-president-harris-at-the-vice-presidents-residence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">said<\/a>. <\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>      Tristan Justice is the western correspondent for The Federalist and the author of Social Justice Redux, a conservative newsletter on culture, health, and wellness.
