He also questioned the tax cuts both candidates are promising, which he said are being passed out &ldquo;like Mardi Gras beads,&rdquo; and cautioned that these tax cuts could just be &ldquo;pipe dreams.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The billionaire investor delved further into the tax cuts, arguing the country&rsquo;s next president, regardless of whether it is Trump or Harris, needs to allow them to expire instead of being permanent.
