Signers must also be registered voters in any one of the seven&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/swing-states\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">swing states<\/a>: Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, or Georgia. The giveaway will continue through Election Day. Cuban cast doubt on the legality of the giveaway and claimed it is against <a href=\"https:\/\/www.govinfo.gov\/content\/pkg\/USCODE-2023-title52\/pdf\/USCODE-2023-title52-subtitleI-chap103-sec10307.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">federal law<\/a>&nbsp;to pay or offer to pay in exchange for a registration to vote.<\/p>\n<p>However, Cuban could not deny Musk&rsquo;s influence during the 2024 presidential cycle. I&rsquo;d actually like to see her do X and have a conversation with Elon Musk,&rdquo; Sorkin said. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I&rsquo;ll tell you exactly what they &mdash; not Kamala specifically, but her team.
