Tony Evers as one of six governors with an &ldquo;F&rdquo; in terms of fiscal policy, taxes and spending.<\/p>\n<div class=\"article-paywall\">\n<p>Evers joins Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecentersquare.com\/national\/article_f110b44c-8b21-11ef-8973-0b3c6e3efb07.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>list of F grades<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;along with John Carney of Delaware, Jay Inslee of Washington, Janet Mills of Maine and Kathy Hochul of New York.<\/p>\n<p>The group points to recent budget surpluses in Wisconsin and Evers&rsquo;
