That&rsquo;s very robust private polling,&rdquo; he said.<\/p>\n<p>Harris, he said, is &ldquo;in a lot of trouble.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Here&rsquo;s how I framed it this morning in my newsletter. The conversation I&rsquo;m having with Trump people and Democrats with data are extremely bullish on Trump&rsquo;s chances in the last 48 hours, extremely bullish.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Halperin said <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/harris-campaign-mainstream-media-work-sweep-plagiarism-scandal-rug\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Harris<\/a> is wobbly in states she needs to win.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;You think of the seven battleground states, which ones is Harris in danger of losing? I would say Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, North Carolina, and Georgia. I&rsquo;m not saying she&rsquo;ll lose all six, but she&rsquo;s in danger,&rdquo; he said.<\/p>\n<p>Halperin indicated the chances of Harris losing Nevada are less stark.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Democrats will tell you they&rsquo;re worried about those six. They&rsquo;re less worried about the seven. I don&rsquo;t know any Trump person who says they&rsquo;re worried about losing any of the seven,&rdquo; he said.<\/p>\n<p>He said Trump supporters are not over-confident, but believe they have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/really-just-say-fox-host-sparks-fury-viewers-nail-coffin-comment-trump\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">momentum<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Halperin said that &ldquo;if the whole thing&rsquo;s about the Electoral College, you take any of the Rust Belt states away from her, it&rsquo;s very difficult for her to win. Very difficult.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;It&rsquo;s not mathematically impossible, but it probably won&rsquo;t happen if she loses any of them. She can replace Pennsylvania with either Georgia, North Carolina, and then one other of the Sunbelt states. &nbsp;If she loses Pennsylvania and she wins either Georgia or North Carolina, then she just needs one of the other three,&rdquo; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;That&rsquo;s not impossible, but what I&rsquo;m telling you today is things are not moving right for her,&rdquo; he said.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, in comments posted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsweek.com\/republicans-believe-election-effectively-over-trump-will-win-analyst-1965956\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Newsweek<\/a>, Halperin said some Republicans are very <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/watch-trump-obliterates-bloombergs-editor-chief-hears-roar-crowd-fiery-interview\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bullish<\/a> on Trump.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Trump is going to lock up the Sun Belt states, probably all four, but at least three. And then he&rsquo;s going to win Pennsylvania, and that checkmates [Harris],&rdquo; Halperin said, outlining what many Republicans believe.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;They may be wrong. But there&rsquo;s a not insignificant number of them who are quite confident of that.
