Sheriff Bianco suggested that\u200c the arrest could be linked to a third assassination \u2062attempt on Trump. (AP Photo\/Alex Brandon)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&ldquo;Oh yeah, the sheriff&rsquo;s office is lying, and they&rsquo;re about to get hit with a lawsuit,&rdquo; Miller said. &ldquo;The sheriff is going to be investigated, he&rsquo;s going to lose his position, the deputy sheriff that was a part of this is going to be investigated, he&rsquo;s going to lose his position, there&rsquo;s going to be a massive lawsuit.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Miller said Bianco was only trying to boost his name to eventually become governor of California.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We&rsquo;re looking at a sheriff that wants to be governor. He&rsquo;s trying to use this situation to basically boost his name,&rdquo; he said. &ldquo;He has political aspirations. I know that for a fact.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title><strong><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">Miller, who runs AmericaHappens.com., said in a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/rumble.com\/v5im5xh-vem-millers-statement-about-the-3rd-assassination-attempt-on-donald-trump.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lengthy video statement<\/a>&nbsp;following his arrest t<\/span>hat he had already disclosed his firearms when he was arrested and was invited to the Coachella rally. He said that he supports Trump and campaigned for him during the primary.<\/p>\n<p>During the interview, Miller said he was carrying the firearm for protection, as he always does. He maintained that his guns were legal but considers himself a sovereign citizen, meaning he doesn&rsquo;t believe he&rsquo;s subject to the law.
