The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/unions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>union<\/a>, which represents nearly 33,000 workers, rejected Boeings offer of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-has-signed-40-executive-orders-and-actions-since-taking-office\/\" title=\"Biden has signed 40 executive orders and actions since taking office\">giving workers<\/a> a 25% wage increase over the next four years. Instead, the union is calling for a 40% wage increase.<\/p>\n<p>Boeing said the strike is costing the company nearly a billion dollars a month and led the company to start one-week furlough for employees.
