She&rsquo;s also tried to separate herself from her own administration with a tougher stance on immigration policy during the campaign.<\/p>\n<p>While appearing on ABC&rsquo;s <em>The View<\/em> earlier this week, Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/campaigns\/presidential\/3180914\/harris-the-view-no-change-biden-policy-republican-cabinet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"said\">said<\/a> she would not change anything about the Biden administration, but did say in a Harris administration she would have a Republican in her cabinet, as she courts anti-Trump Republicans. Trump&rsquo;s campaign began <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/campaigns\/presidential\/3183627\/trump-vance-show-harris-view-interview-rallies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"using the clip\">using the clip<\/a> shortly after it aired to tie her to the unpopular administration.<\/p>\n<p>When it comes to policies proposed during the 2024 campaign, majorities of adults both believe that neither candidate has provided enough details about their policies if elected. For Harris, 61% think she has not given enough details about her polices, while 56% say the same about Trump and his policies.<\/p>\n<p>Both Harris and Trump are also lacking new ideas for the future of the country, according to the survey. Majorities of adults found both Harris, 53%, and Trump, 54%, have been poor or not so good at presenting new ideas to improve the country&rsquo;s future.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With 25 days until Election Day, the two leading candidates for president are neck-and-neck in the polls in the key swing states, which will decide who gets sworn in as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-tees-up-a-golfball-says-hell-be-47th-president-of-the-united-states\/\" title=\"Trump Tees Up A Golfball, Says He\u2019ll Be \u201947th\u2019 President Of The United States\">47th president<\/a> in January.<\/p>\n<p>In the <em>RealClearPolitics<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realclearpolling.com\/maps\/president\/2024\/no-toss-up\/electoral-college\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"polling average\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/report-democrats-worry-about-their-political-futures-as-bidens-approval-plunges\/\" title=\"Report: Democrats Worry About Their Political Futures As Biden\u2019s Approval Plunges\">polling average<\/a><\/a>, Harris leads Trump nationally, 49%-47.2%.
