During the first month, she did not give a single interview to a member of the media. However, Harris has reversed course on her&nbsp;media strategy since her debate against Trump in September. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/cnn-devotes-entire-segment-to-vp-harris-and-her-need-for-frantic-damage-control\/\" title=\"CNN Devotes Entire Segment to VP Harris And Her Need For \u2018Frantic Damage Control\u2019\">vice president appeared<\/a> on the&nbsp;<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/campaigns\/presidential\/3178914\/harris-rebuts-attacks-on-family-podcast-interview\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Call Her Daddy<\/a><\/em>&nbsp;podcast Sunday, followed by a&nbsp;<em>60 Minutes<\/em>&nbsp;interview Monday, and a sit-down interview with Howard Stern on Tuesday for his radio show.<\/p>\n<p>Leavitt appeared on Fox Business&rsquo;s <em><a href=\"http:\/\/foxbusiness.com\/shows\/mornings-with-maria\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Mornings with Maria<\/a><\/em>  on Tuesday to express her renewed confidence in Trump despite him not appearing on <em>60 Minutes<\/em>. CBS News claimed it had settled on a date to sit down with Trump, only to have the candidate cancel. However, his campaign explained it had not ensured an interview. According to Leavitt, Harris did not do well during her own segment.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Every time [Kamala Harris] speaks, every time she sits down for an interview, she proves how unfit she is to be the leader of the free world and the commander in chief of our military,&rdquo; Leavitt said. &ldquo;Her <em>60 Minutes<\/em> interview last night was a train wreck, and I hear she&rsquo;s gonna be doing a lot more interview interviews in the coming days. J.D. Vance (R-OH), who have made themselves regular staples with reporters.<\/p>\n<p>CBS News&rsquo;s David Whittaker interviewed Harris on Monday, while the network&rsquo;s Scott Pelley would have been Trump&rsquo;s interviewer. The program has a tradition of interviewing candidates from both the Republican and Democratic ticket since 1968. Trump and Harris have already debated for the last time this election cycle.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><\/strong><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">Walz was interviewed at the end of Harris&rsquo;s&nbsp;<em>60 Minutes&nbsp;<\/em>segment.
