He \u200demphasized that\u2064 the economic situation has been getting better and expressed confidence that the upcoming election in Pennsylvania would be very competitive. Of State May Be Punishing Crimes He Helped Create\">red counties&#038;rdquo<\/a>; to support Harris&rsquo;s presidential bid, as both Democrats and former President Donald Trump realize that &ldquo;Pennsylvania picks the president.&rdquo; He also predicted that Harris &ldquo;will prevail&rdquo; in this election &ldquo;just like Joe Biden did in 2020.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Fetterman recently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/campaigns\/3161716\/fetterman-sounds-alarm-pennsylvania-trump-strong\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>cautioned his party not to underestimate Trump&rsquo;s influence<\/a> in Pennsylvania, as the former president has &ldquo;a special kind of place&rdquo; in the state. Prior to becoming a senator, Fetterman was a campaign surrogate for Hillary Clinton in 2016 and said last month he saw warning signs that Trump had winning margins of support in the state, which he eventually won in the 2016 election.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trump held a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, on Saturday, the same area where the first assassination attempt against him took place in July. The former president was accompanied by X owner and billionaire businessman <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/elon-musk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Elon Musk<\/a>, who told the <em>Washington Examiner<\/em> that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/opinion\/3178774\/exclusive-elon-musk-says-destiny-of-america-is-on-the-line\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>the &ldquo;destiny&rdquo; of the country is on the line<\/a> in this election.<\/p>\n<p>A recent poll surveying 1,000 likely voters found that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/campaigns\/presidential\/3173331\/pennsylvania-polling-presidential-race-dead-heat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Trump and Harris are in a dead heat for Pennsylvania<\/a>, with both garnering 48% support against a margin of error of 3 percentage points. The same poll found that Sen.
