Bob Casey (D-PA). The Florida representative contended that voters &ldquo;know&rdquo; that Vice President <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/kamala-harris\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Kamala Harris<\/a>, the Democratic Party&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/candace-owens-teases-presidential-run\/\" title=\"Candace Owens Teases Presidential Run\">2024 presidential candidate<\/a>, that Harris &ldquo;broke&rdquo; both the economy and the southern border, and that both are on her record.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;This massive wave of illegal immigration in cities like Philadelphia, in Pittsburgh, Chicago, Phoenix, Arizona, Las Vegas, Nevada, that&rsquo;s on her record, that&rsquo;s her fault,&rdquo; Donalds said. &ldquo;And at the end of the day, she&rsquo;s not stood firm in front of the American people about what she&rsquo;s going to do. While Pennsylvania does not have early voting, the state&rsquo;s counties can offer absentee and mail-in ballot applications, which can be returned no later than 8 p.m. on Election Day.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A recent poll surveying 1,000 likely voters found that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/campaigns\/presidential\/3173331\/pennsylvania-polling-presidential-race-dead-heat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>Trump and Harris are in a dead heat for Pennsylvania<\/a>, with both garnering 48% support against a margin of error of 3-percentage points.
