Ryan Zinke&rsquo;s (R-MT) reelection hit a snag with the CPR moving Montana&rsquo;s 1st District from &ldquo;likely Republican&rdquo; to &ldquo;lean Republican.&rdquo; <\/p>\n<p>The analysis pointed to Zinke&rsquo;s &ldquo;baggage&rdquo; as former President Donald Trump&rsquo;s interior secretary as a key vulnerability.
