Some 1,500 remain without power in the region.<\/p>\n<p>Rebuilding the communities&rsquo; basic infrastructure will not happen overnight.<\/p>\n<p>Lee Brown, president and CEO of Erwin Utilities, announced all his teams have been deployed to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/millions-without-power-in-texas-amid-unprecedented-winter-storm\/\" title=\"Millions without power in Texas amid \u2018unprecedented\u2019 winter storm\">restore power<\/a> to customers in critical sectors.
