I was just thinking, &lsquo;There&rsquo;s no way I&rsquo;m dead.&#8217;&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>In the video below, the hiker&rsquo;s slip, slide and sudden arrest can be seen.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-media-max-width=\"560\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">In China, 42-year-old Yang Meng was hiking with his son when he slipped and nearly fell off a cliff<\/p>\n<p>He survived by a miracle, as he managed to grab onto a tree that stopped his fall. If those plants were not present, it&rsquo;s likely he would have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/police-execute-search-warrant-on-tiger-woods-car-to-see-if-a-crime-was-committed-report\/\" title=\"Police Execute Search Warrant On Tiger Woods\u2019 Car To See \u2018If A Crime Was Committed\u2019: Report\">suffered severe injuries<\/a> or even death.<\/p>\n<p>The hiker said his injuries were minor, amounting to &ldquo;a little scrape on my left hand and a small cut on my thigh.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>This near-fatal slip left Yang <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/steelers-qb-uses-post-game-interview-praise-jesus-christ-thankful-creator\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thankful<\/a> for his time after the accident.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Life is really short, so we need to cherish every day,&rdquo; he said. &ldquo;I won&rsquo;t let this incident hold me back.
