Jerry Nadler of New York offered the lame excuse of redundancy.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Sexual offenses and domestic violence are serious crimes, and if this bill fixed some gap in current law, I would have no problem supporting this legislation,&rdquo; Nadler said. &ldquo;But that is not the case here. In reality, the redundancies in this bill all but assure that no additional dangerous individuals would <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/a-large-number-of-criminal-juveniles-are-entering-the-u-s-through-daca\/\" title=\"A Large Number of Criminal Juveniles Are Entering the U.S. Through DACA\">face immigration consequences<\/a> if it were to become law.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>In one respect, at least, Nadler accidentally got it right. Though he did not say it this way &mdash; nor would he ever do so &mdash; all illegal aliens already qualify as &ldquo;deportable&rdquo; by virtue of having entered the country illegally.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, in 2022 Nadler and nearly every other House member <a href=\"https:\/\/clerk.house.gov\/Votes\/202247\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">voted<\/a> for the Emmett Till Antilynching Act. Never mind that lynching was already illegal, or that, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/nation\/2021\/08\/08\/modern-day-mississippi-lynchings\/#:~:text=%E2%80%9CThe%20last%20recorded%20lynching%20in,Lynchings%20in%20Mississippi%20never%20stopped.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Washington Post<\/a>, the last recorded lynching in the United States occurred in 1981.<\/p>\n<p>Redundancy, therefore, never bothered <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/nadler-dealt-considerable-blow-trying-paint-fbi-whistleblowers-corrupt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nadler<\/a> as long as it allowed him to virtue-signal over a non-issue.<\/p>\n<p>But would the Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act even qualify as redundant?<\/p>\n<p>Nadler himself used the phrase &ldquo;all but assure that no additional dangerous individuals would face immigration consequences.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>He did not say &ldquo;assure&rdquo;; he said &ldquo;all but assure.&rdquo; Might that tepid phrase suggest that Mace&rsquo;s bill, in fact, does &ldquo;address some gap in current law&rdquo;?<\/p>\n<p>Either way, in light of their recent vote on the lynching bill, Nadler and his fellow Democrats cannot plead redundancy.<\/p>\n<p>One must conclude, therefore, that Democrats have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-reportedly-set-kamala-harris-wont-visit-springfield-ohio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">flooded the country<\/a> with illegal aliens <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/2024-election-biden-says-quiet-part-loud-reason-border-invasion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">on purpose<\/a>.
