The dog, which had multiple broken \u200bbones and serious injuries, \u2063was reportedly thrown off a balcony \u200dby \u200da friend\u200c of\u200d its \u200bowner, Dalton Chad Sousa. After being initially \u200bleft behind, Sousa was quickly located by detectives and arrested. There, they discovered a severely beaten chihuahua.<\/p>\n<p>The dog, Raven, had multiple broken bones and other injuries.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Detectives learned a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/confirmed-shooter-was-not-confronted-by-cops-before-entering-school-through-unlocked-door\/\" title=\"Confirmed: Shooter Was Not Confronted By Cops Before Entering School Through Unlocked Door\">man dropped<\/a> off 3-year-old Raven, stating she had been thrown off a balcony &lsquo;like a football&rsquo; by a friend,&rdquo; the Lee County Sheriff&rsquo;s Office stated on its page.<\/p>\n<p>The post also noted: &ldquo;The man got into a verbal altercation with the veterinarian before leaving Blue Pearl and his dog behind.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>  <script> \t\t\t\tif( ! getCookie( 'ff_subbed' ) ) if( typeof FFADS.replace_ict !='undefined' ) if( FFADS.replace_ict ) eval( FFADS.replace_ict ); \t\t\t<\/script> <\/p>\n<p>The mysterious man would not stay missing for long.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;LCSO detectives worked around the clock and located the owner with the assistance of the Real Time Intelligence Center,&rdquo; the LCSO wrote. &ldquo;The owner was able to provide detectives with information that led us to the suspect, Dalton Chad Sousa.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>On Monday, one day after Raven was admitted to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/rand-paul-colleagues-demands-answers-on-fauci-nih-dog-experiments\/\" title=\"Rand Paul, Colleagues Demands Answers on Fauci NIH Dog Experiments\">animal hospital<\/a>, authorities arrested the 30-year-old Sousa.<\/p>\n<p>Sousa has been charged with aggravated animal cruelty. Immediately following the arrest, Lee County Sheriff Carmine Marceno dropped the hammer on the suspect.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;It is always disappointing to learn of an innocent animal abused by an owner they trust,&rdquo; Marceno said.<\/p>\n<p>The clearly upset sheriff continued: &ldquo;I will continue to do my part to stand up for those who cannot protect themselves. Violent and abuse behavior towards an animal will NOT be tolerated in Lee County.
