Caban, who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/3148278\/top-nypd-official-tied-eric-adams-rumored-resign-after-fbi-raids\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>resigned<\/a> Thursday. Zornberg, a former federal prosecutor in the U.S. attorney&rsquo;s office, wasn&rsquo;t one of the officials who had their phones seized.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to Caban, a phone was seized from his twin brother, James Caban, and several aides. These are hard jobs and we don&rsquo;t expect anyone to stay in them forever.
