SCOTUS Immunity Ruling<\/p>\n<p>Harris mischaracterized the Supreme Court\u2019s ruling on presidential immunity, \u200bclaiming\u200d the decision \u2062would mean that Trump \u200c\u201cwould essentially be immune from any \u2062misconduct\u2063 if he were to\u2063 enter\u2062 the White House again.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>The vice\u2064 president\u2019s claim is misleading at best. While a majority of justices determined that a U.S. president possesses \u201cabsolute immunity\u201d \u200cfor \u200c\u201cactions \u2062within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority\u201d and \u201cat least presumptive immunity\u201d for \u201cofficial acts,\u201d \u2063they separately noted that \u200c\u201c[t]here is no immunity for unofficial acts.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>The justices further remanded the Biden-Harris Justice Department\u2019s get-Trump lawfare back to\u200c the lower courts \u2064to determine whether the actions alleged by Special Counsel \u200bJack\u2062 Smith constitute \u201cofficial acts.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>### 12. Fracking Ban<\/p>\n<p>Kamala Harris claimed\u200c she made herself \u201cvery clear in 2020.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI will not ban\u200c fracking,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n<p>But her position was clearly against \u2062fracking \u2062as she ran for \u2062her party\u2019s 2020 presidential nomination when she \u2062said, \u201cThere is no\u2064 question I\u2019m in \u2064favor of banning fracking.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>###\u2063 13. Minnesota Rioters Bail Fund<\/p>\n<p>Harris seemingly denied that she undertook efforts to \u2062bail out left-wing rioters following the 2020 death of George Floyd. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe went\u2064 out in Minnesota and wanted to let criminals \u2062that killed\u2062 people, that burned down Minneapolis \u2014 she went out and raised \u2064money\u2062 to\u2064 get them out of jail,\u201d Trump said, as Harris shook her\u2063 head. <\/p>\n<p>As The Federalist\u2019s Jordan\u200c Boyd previously noted, \u201cAccused rapists, repeat offenders, and rioters alike benefitted in June 2020 when\u2062 Harris encouraged\u2064 her social media\u2064 followers to donate to a bail\u2062 fund \u200ddedicated to those arrested for their\u200c months-long, $2 billion siege of cities like Minneapolis.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>### 14. Trump\u2019s Role\u200c in J6<\/p>\n<p>Harris \u200cclaimed that Trump \u201cincited\u201d the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the\u2063 U.S. Capitol. <\/p>\n<p>That \u2063is false. Trump specifically told protestors to \u201cpeacefully and patriotically make [their] voices heard\u201d\u2064 and sought to deploy \u206210,000 National Guard troops to the Capitol ahead of Congress\u2019s certification of the 2020 election results.<\/p>\n<p>### 15. J6\u2063 Deaths<\/p>\n<p>Harris claimed that \u201csome\u201d police officers died as a result \u2062of the\u2064 demonstrations at the U.S. \u200bCapitol on \u2063Jan. 6, 2021. <\/p>\n<p>That is false. For example, medical examiners determined that \u200bOfficer Brian Sicknick died of natural causes \u2014 not from the violence perpetrated on Jan. 6.<\/p>\n<p>### 16. \u2018Fine\u2063 People\u2019 Hoax<\/p>\n<p>Harris \u200crepeated the\u2062 debunked lie that Trump praised white supremacists marching\u2062 in Charlottesville, Virginia, in 2017 when\u200d he said there\u200c were \u201cfine people\u200b on both sides.\u201d \u200b <\/p>\n<p>This is false, as\u2063 Trump was referring to both sides of the \u200cdebate on whether to allow historic monuments to remain standing.<\/p>\n<p>### 17. \u2018Bloodbath\u2019 Hoax<\/p>\n<p>Harris regurgitated the false narrative \u2064that Trump claimed there would be a \u201cbloodbath\u201d if he loses this November. <\/p>\n<p>The\u200d vice president took Trump out of context. The 45th president was not calling for violence but was discussing the economic disaster that awaits \u200dAmericans if Democrats win \u200cthe election.<\/p>\n<p>### 18. Trump\u2019s NATO Comments<\/p>\n<p>Harris distorted the \u200cformer president\u2019s remarks\u2063 by claiming he told Russia it could \u201cdo whatever the hell [it] wants\u201d regarding Ukraine. <\/p>\n<p>Harris took the \u2064former president out of context. \u200dTrump\u2019s remarks came during a \u2062South Carolina rally,\u200b during which he recounted a story from when\u2062 he was president and speaking with a NATO member \u2062about defense spending\u200c obligations.<\/p>\n<p>### 19. Autocrats\u2019 Preferences \u200dfor\u200b President<\/p>\n<p>Harris claimed that the world\u2019s\u2063 autocratic\u2064 leaders are pulling for Trump to win. While there is no definitive way to\u2064 know this for most leaders, Russian President Vladimir Putin did publicly throw \u200dhis support behind\u2062 Harris\u2019 presidential \u200bbid last \u2063week.<\/p>\n<p>### 20. Combat Zones<\/p>\n<p>Harris claimed\u200c that \u201cthere is not one member of the United States military who is in active duty in a \u200dcombat zone in \u2062any war zone\u200d around the world [for] the first time this century.\u201d\u200d <\/p>\n<p>That isn\u2019t true. The \u200bUnited States has troops in Syria \u2063and \u2063Iraq who are routinely attacked by Iran-backed \u200cmilitias. <\/p>\n<p>### 21. Blaming Trump for Biden\u2019s Botched Afghanistan Withdrawal<\/p>\n<p>Harris attempted to pin the Biden-Harris\u2063 administration\u2019s botched Afghanistan\u2064 withdrawal on Trump. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cDonald Trump, when he was president, negotiated one of\u200b the weakest deals you can \u2063imagine,\u201d Harris claimed. <\/p>\n<p>That isn\u2019t true. According to a recent\u200c Republican report, \u201cThe evidence proves \u200dPresident Biden\u2019s decision to withdraw all U.S. troops\u2063 was not based on the security situation, the Doha Agreement, or\u2064 the\u200b advice of his senior national security advisors or\u200b our allies.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>### 22. \u200cGun Confiscation<\/p>\n<p>Harris claimed that\u200d she doesn\u2019t support mandatory \u200dgun confiscation. \u200d <\/p>\n<p>That is false. She has openly expressed support for such a policy.\u2064 <\/p>\n<p>### 23. Trump\u2019s Foreign Policy Record<\/p>\n<p>Harris claimed, \u201cDonald Trump \u2064is weak \u200cand wrong on national security\u2063 and foreign\u2063 policy.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>That is\u200b false. Under Trump\u2019s \u2063administration the U.S. southern border was secure, and America facilitated multiple peace agreements between Israel and Arab states. Under the Biden-Harris administration, Russia invaded Ukraine, Iran-backed Hamas launched a terrorist attack\u200c on Israel, and China has \u200cramped up its threats toward Taiwan, the Philippines, \u200cand Japan.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Taking a page out of her boss&rsquo;s playbook, Vice President Kamala Harris told major whoppers during her Tuesday night debate against Donald Trump. With help from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/left-wing-groups-are-destroying-themselves-from-within-over-wokeness\/\" title=\"Left-wing Groups are Destroying Themselves From Within Over Wokeness\">left-wing activists masquerading<\/a> as debate moderators, Harris whitewashed her extreme record, lied about Trump&rsquo;s policy positions, and more. <\/p>\n<p>Here are some of the biggest falsehoods she told throughout the evening. <\/p>\n<h2>1. &lsquo;Middle-Class Kid&rsquo;<\/h2>\n<p>Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/TrumpWarRoom\/status\/1833673742905410034\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">claimed<\/a> that she grew up a &ldquo;middle-class kid.&rdquo; That is not true. As previously&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/megynkelly\/status\/1825710451079909608\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">noted<\/a>&nbsp;by journalist Megyn Kelly, Harris&rsquo; father was a professor at Stanford University, while her mother was a biomedical scientist at UC Berkley.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Trump&rsquo;s Tax Cuts<\/h2>\n<p>Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/ABC\/status\/1833675036600742252\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">falsely insinuated<\/a> that the 2017 tax cuts approved by the Trump administration disproportionately benefited America&rsquo;s billionaires and corporations. <\/p>\n<p>That is not true. Data produced by the IRS has&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/opinion\/finance\/584190-irs-data-prove-trump-tax-cuts-benefited-middle-working-class-americans-most\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">shown<\/a>&nbsp;that &ldquo;on average&nbsp;all&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-lied-30-times-during-the-state-of-the-union\/\" title=\"Biden Lied 30 Times During The State Of The Union\">income brackets benefited substantially<\/a> from the Republicans&rsquo; tax reform law, with the biggest beneficiaries being working and middle-income filers, not the top 1 percent,&rdquo; according to Justin Haskins, writing in The Hill.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Trump &lsquo;Sales Tax&rsquo;<\/h2>\n<p>Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/SaraCarterDC\/status\/1833674143675343193\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">claimed<\/a> Trump will implement a &ldquo;sales tax.&rdquo; Trump has not pledged to do such a thing if elected president. <\/p>\n<h2>4. Jan. 6<\/h2>\n<p>Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/BoLoudon\/status\/1833676973404471437\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">contended<\/a> that the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol was the &ldquo;worst attack on our democracy since the Civil War.&rdquo; <\/p>\n<p>Contrary to Harris&rsquo; claim, the J6 events did not put American self-governance in jeopardy, nor did it expose Americans to risks like those experienced during World War I, the Japanese attacks on Pearl Harbor, or World War II, to name a few.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Project 2025<\/h2>\n<p>Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/ARmastrangelo\/status\/1833674996662583444\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">claimed<\/a> Trump will implement Project 2025 if elected. Trump has repeatedly said he has nothing to do with Project 2025. <\/p>\n<h2>6. <strong>Just Restoring&nbsp;<em>Roe<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>When asked whether she supports any restrictions on abortion, Harris dodged the question, instead <a href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/Politics\/harris-trump-presidential-debate-transcript\/story?id=113560542&amp;cid=social_twitter_abcn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">claiming<\/a> that she &ldquo;absolutely support[s] reinstating the protections of&nbsp;<em>Roe v Wade<\/em>.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Moments before that, however, Harris pledged to sign legislation such as the ill-named &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/117th-congress\/house-bill\/3755\/text\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Women&rsquo;s Health Protection Act,&rdquo;<\/a>&nbsp;which would&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/05\/11\/bipartisan-majority-rejects-radical-abortion-bill-pushed-by-senate-democrats\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">codify abortion<\/a>&nbsp;through all nine months of pregnancy. In addition to her&nbsp;history of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/115th-congress\/senate-bill\/510\/cosponsors\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">co-sponsoring<\/a>&nbsp;the original version of that legislation,&nbsp;Harris&nbsp;also&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.senate.gov\/legislative\/LIS\/roll_call_votes\/vote1162\/vote_116_2_00058.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">voted against<\/a>&nbsp;protections for babies born alive after botched abortions.<\/p>\n<h2>7. <strong>Pro-Life Laws Criminalize Miscarriages, Ectopic Pregnancies<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Harris claimed that several states have &ldquo;Trump abortion bans&rdquo; that &ldquo;make it criminal for a doctor or nurse to provide health care,&rdquo; threaten women with prison time, and &ldquo;make no exception, even for rape or incest.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The lifesaving laws&nbsp;designed to protect&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/10\/04\/two-years-later-the-texas-heartbeat-act-has-saved-thousands-of-lives\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">thousands of innocents<\/a>&nbsp;every year from&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/lozierinstitute.org\/fact-sheet-reasons-for-abortion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">elective abortions<\/a>, however, do not criminalize treatments for spontaneous loss or complications. In fact, <a href=\"https:\/\/lozierinstitute.org\/pro-life-laws-protect-mom-and-baby-pregnant-womens-lives-are-protected-in-all-states\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">every single pro-life policy<\/a> on the books includes exceptions for abortion when it is deemed necessary to save the life of a pregnant woman.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>8. Trump&rsquo;s Abortion Stance<\/h2>\n<p>Trump, Harris told&nbsp;Americans on Tuesday night, will&nbsp;sign a national abortion ban and hire a national &ldquo;abortion &hellip; monitor that would be monitoring your pregnancies, your miscarriages&rdquo; if he is elected.<\/p>\n<p>The Republican&rsquo;s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/truthsocial.com\/@realDonaldTrump\/112235238031827342\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">2024 abortion platform<\/a>, however,&nbsp;explicitly states decisions about ending life in the womb should be left &ldquo;up to the states&rdquo; and mentions nothing about crowning a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/everything-harris-said-about-abortion-at-the-dnc-was-a-lie\/\" title=\"Everything Harris Said About Abortion At The DNC Was A Lie\">national pro-life coordinator<\/a>. The GOP presidential nominee has also sworn multiple times that&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2024\/04\/10\/politics\/trump-says-he-wouldnt-sign-federal-abortion-ban\/index.html\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">he would not <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/tracking-kamalas-biggest-and-baddest-lies-20-and-counting\/\" title=\"Tracking Kamala\u2019s Biggest And Baddest Lies: 20 And Counting\">sign federal legislation curbing abortion<\/a><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>9. <strong>Ninth Month Abortions Don&rsquo;t Exist<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Harris also used her time on the debate stage to assert that &ldquo;nowhere in America is a woman carrying a pregnancy to term and asking for an abortion.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;That is not happening. It&rsquo;s insulting to the women of America,&rdquo; Harris claimed.<\/p>\n<p>Data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, however, shows that&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/reproductive-health\/data-statistics\/abortion-surveillance-findings-reports.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">thousands of abortions<\/a>&nbsp;are performed after 21 weeks gestation. The CDC&rsquo;s findings do not include reporting from at least four abortion-friendly states (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/mmwr\/volumes\/72\/ss\/ss7209a1.htm?s_cid=ss7209a1_w\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">California, Maryland, New Hampshire, and New Jersey<\/a>),&nbsp;which suggests the number of late-term abortions in the U.S. is likely much higher.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Border Bill <\/h2>\n<p>Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/FAIRImmigration\/status\/1833691673408442875\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">claimed<\/a> a congressional border bill proposed earlier this year would have stemmed illegal immigration and fentanyl at the U.S. southern border.<\/p>\n<p>That statement is&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/02\/06\/nothing-about-the-rigged-senate-border-bill-is-in-the-national-interest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">categorically false<\/a>. Minnesota Rioters Bail Fund<\/h2>\n<p>Harris seemingly <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/TrumpWarRoom\/status\/1833703745370419561\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">denied<\/a> that she undertook efforts to <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/KamalaHarris\/status\/1267555018128965643\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bail out<\/a> left-wing rioters following the 2020 death of George Floyd. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;She went out in Minnesota and wanted to let criminals that killed people, that burned down Minneapolis &mdash; she went out and raised money to get them out of jail,&rdquo; Trump said, as Harris shook her head.<\/p>\n<p>As The Federalist&rsquo;s Jordan Boyd previously <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/07\/23\/top-30-reasons-kamala-harris-would-be-a-terrible-president\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">noted<\/a>, &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2020\/09\/17\/kamala-harris-promoted-fund-that-bailed-out-man-accused-of-raping-a-child\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Accused rapists<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/30\/kamala-harris-backed-fund-bailed-out-a-repeat-felon-three-weeks-later-he-was-charged-with-murder\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">repeat offenders<\/a>, and rioters alike benefitted in June 2020 when Harris encouraged her social media followers to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/KamalaHarris\/status\/1267555018128965643\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">donate to a bail fund<\/a>&nbsp;dedicated to those arrested for their months-long, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/02\/26\/estimates-george-floyd-riots-to-cost-66-times-more-than-capitol-damage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">$2 billion<\/a>&nbsp;siege of cities like Minneapolis.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<h2>14. Trump&rsquo;s Role in J6<\/h2>\n<p>Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/atrupar\/status\/1833685223696978025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">claimed<\/a> that Trump &ldquo;incited&rdquo; the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol. <\/p>\n<p>That is false. Trump&nbsp;specifically&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2021\/02\/10\/966396848\/read-trumps-jan-6-speech-a-key-part-of-impeachment-trial\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">told<\/a> protestors to &ldquo;peacefully and patriotically make [their] voices heard&rdquo; and <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/03\/08\/exclusive-liz-cheney-january-6-committee-suppressed-exonerating-evidence-of-trumps-push-for-national-guard\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sought<\/a>&nbsp;to deploy 10,000 National Guard troops to the Capitol ahead of Congress&rsquo;s certification of the 2020 election results.<\/p>\n<h2>15. J6 Deaths<\/h2>\n<p>Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/atrupar\/status\/1833685223696978025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">claimed<\/a> that &ldquo;some&rdquo; police officers died as a result of the demonstrations at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. <\/p>\n<p>That is <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/08\/19\/tracking-the-lies-of-the-left-at-the-dnc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">false<\/a>. For example, medical examiners determined that Officer Brian Sicknick <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uscp.gov\/media-center\/press-releases\/medical-examiner-finds-uscp-officer-brian-sicknick-died-natural-causes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">died<\/a> of natural causes &mdash; <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/03\/06\/new-j6-tapes-show-brian-sicknick-walking-around-after-dems-claimed-he-was-murdered\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">not<\/a> from the violence perpetrated on Jan. 6.<\/p>\n<h2>16. &lsquo;Fine People&rsquo; Hoax<\/h2>\n<p>Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/KamalaHQLies\/status\/1833688129661784452\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">repeated<\/a> the debunked lie that Trump praised white supremacists marching in Charlottesville, Virginia, in 2017 when he said there were &ldquo;fine people on both sides.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>This is false, as Trump was&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2020\/10\/13\/the-trump-charlottesville-neo-nazi-misquote-is-a-political-hit-job\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">referring<\/a>&nbsp;to both sides of the debate on whether to allow historic monuments to remain standing.<\/p>\n<h2>17. &lsquo;Bloodbath&rsquo; Hoax<\/h2>\n<p>Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/libsoftiktok\/status\/1833686349070901378\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">regurgitated<\/a> the false narrative that Trump claimed there would be a &ldquo;bloodbath&rdquo; if he loses this November. <\/p>\n<p>The vice president took Trump out of context. The 45th president&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/03\/18\/trumps-bloodbath-is-the-fake-news-medias-latest-hysterics-over-guy-and-sir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">was not<\/a>&nbsp;calling for violence but was discussing the economic disaster that awaits Americans if Democrats win the election.<\/p>\n<h2>18. Trump&rsquo;s NATO Comments<\/h2>\n<p>Harris distorted the former president&rsquo;s remarks by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2024\/09\/10\/fact-check-kamala-harris-claims-trump-putin-whatever-hell-wants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">claiming<\/a> he told Russia it could &ldquo;do whatever the hell [it] wants&rdquo; regarding Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>Harris took the former president out of context. Trump&rsquo;s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbs.org\/newshour\/politics\/fact-checking-trumps-comments-urging-russia-to-invade-delinquent-nato-members\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">remarks<\/a>&nbsp;came during a South Carolina rally, during which he recounted a story from when he was president and speaking with a NATO member. Trump purportedly indicated that he would withhold U.S. support if the member didn&rsquo;t pay its minimum defense spending obligations.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;&lsquo;You didn&rsquo;t pay? You&rsquo;re delinquent?&rsquo;&rdquo; Trump recalled telling the unidentified NATO member. &ldquo;&lsquo;No, I would not protect you. In fact, I would encourage them to do whatever the hell they want. You gotta pay. You gotta pay your bills.&rsquo;&rdquo;<\/p>\n<h2>19. Autocrats&rsquo; Preferences for President<\/h2>\n<p>Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/townhallcom\/status\/1833688240001278086\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">claimed<\/a> that the world&rsquo;s autocratic leaders are pulling for Trump to win. While there is no definitive way for Harris to know this for most leaders, Russian President Vladimir Putin did publicly <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/09\/05\/russias-vladimir-putin-says-the-kremlin-wants-kamala-harris-to-win-the-election\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">throw his support<\/a> behind Harris&rsquo; presidential bid last week. <\/p>\n<h2>20. Combat Zones<\/h2>\n<p>Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/cborkowski\/status\/1833696297808801997https:\/\/x.com\/cborkowski\/status\/183369629780880199?\">cla<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/cborkowski\/status\/1833696297808801997https:\/\/x.com\/cborkowski\/status\/183369629780880199?\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">i<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/cborkowski\/status\/1833696297808801997https:\/\/x.com\/cborkowski\/status\/183369629780880199?\">med<\/a> that &ldquo;there is not one member of the United States military who is in active duty in a combat zone in any war zone around the world [for] the first time this century.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>That isn&rsquo;t true. As <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/RepMeijer\/status\/1833692529436287313\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">noted<\/a> by former U.S. Rep. Peter Meijer, R-Mich., the United States has &ldquo;troops in Syria and Iraq who are routinely attacked by Iran-backed militias.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Three soldiers were killed in Jordan earlier this year!&rdquo; he wrote on X. <\/p>\n<h2>21. Blaming Trump for Biden&rsquo;s Botched Afghanistan Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/cborkowski\/status\/1833696297808801997\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">attempted<\/a> to pin the Biden-Harris administration&rsquo;s botched Afghanistan withdrawal, which got 13  U.S.service members killed, on Trump.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Donald Trump, when he was president, negotiated one of the weakest deals you can imagine,&rdquo; Harris claimed. <\/p>\n<p>That isn&rsquo;t true. According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/house\/4868649-gop-report-afghanistan-withdrawal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">report<\/a> recently released by Republicans on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, &ldquo;The evidence proves President Biden&rsquo;s decision to withdraw all U.S. troops was not based on the security situation, the Doha Agreement, or the advice of his senior national security advisors or our allies. Rather, it was premised on his longstanding and unyielding opinion that the United States should no longer be in Afghanistan.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<h2>22. Gun Confiscation<\/h2>\n<p>Harris claimed that she doesn&rsquo;t support mandatory gun confiscation. <\/p>\n<p>That is false. She has <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/mazemoore\/status\/1833695967331168386\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">openly expressed support<\/a> for such a policy. <\/p>\n<h2>23. Trump&rsquo;s Foreign Policy Record<\/h2>\n<p>Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/TrumpWarRoom\/status\/1833688855590875216\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">claimed<\/a>, &ldquo;Donald Trump is weak and wrong on national security and foreign policy.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>That is false. Under Trump&rsquo;s administration the U.S. southern border was secure, and America facilitated <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/think\/opinion\/trump-deserves-nobel-peace-prize-israel-bahrain-uae-deal-it-ncna1240363\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">multiple peace agreements<\/a> between Israel and Arab states. Under the Biden-Harris administration, Russia invaded Ukraine, Iran-backed Hamas launched a terrorist attack on Israel, and China has ramped up its threats toward Taiwan, the Philippines, and Japan.<\/p>\n<h2>24. Defunding the Police<\/h2>\n<p>Harris shook her head and <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/__Pfeiffer\/status\/1833702713483272289\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">claimed<\/a>, &ldquo;That&rsquo;s not true,&rdquo; when confronted by Trump over her past support for defunding the police. <\/p>\n<p>As noted by <a href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/US\/harris-2020-redirect-resources-police\/story?id=112378103\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ABC News<\/a>, however, Harris previously expressed support for &ldquo;reimagin[ing]&rdquo; policing and &ldquo;redirect[ing] resources&rdquo; from police toward what the outlet described as &ldquo;other areas of government [such as] schools and small businesses.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<h2>25.
