Shelia Jackson Lee (D-TX)&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/house\/3092168\/rep-sheila-jackson-lee-dies-age-74\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">died<\/a>&nbsp;on July 19, just one month after announcing that she had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Rep.
