The next question from deputies resulted in an answer that should have been a major red flag in this case.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Do you have weapons in the house?&rdquo; a deputy asked.<\/p>\n<p>Gray not only confirmed the presence of firearms, but admitted they were accessible to the troubled teen.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Yeah they are [accessible to him],&rdquo; Gray told deputies, adding &ldquo;I mean there&rsquo;s nothing loaded, but they are down.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We actually do a lot of shooting. We do a lot of deer hunting. He shot his first deer this year,&rdquo; Gray said. &ldquo;So, like, I&rsquo;m pretty much in shock to be honest with you. I&rsquo;m a little pissed off to be even really honest with you.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Gray said he would secure firearms in the home if the threat allegations proved to be true.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I don&rsquo;t know anything about him saying s*** like that, but I&rsquo;m going to be mad as hell if he did,&rdquo; Gray said. &ldquo;And then all the guns will go away, and they won&rsquo;t be accessible to him.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Gray said he was trying to teach his son about &ldquo;firearms and safety.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The father left and returned with Colt Gray later in the video.
