Vance of Ohio, who has demonstrated an encyclopedic command of policy-related details, and Vice President Kamala Harris, who cannot string together a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/rfk-jr-slams-kamala-harris-says-need-president-can-put-together-english-sentence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">coherent sentence<\/a> &mdash; let alone coherent policy.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday &mdash; less than 36 hours before the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/carson-points-out-that-every-democratic-plan-has-backfired-in-trumps-favor-as-seen-in-the-bible-2\/\" title=\"Carson points out that every Democratic plan has backfired in Trump&#039;s favor, as seen in the Bible\">vice president&#038;rsquo<\/a>;s scheduled debate against former President Donald Trump in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania &mdash; Vance took to the social media platform X, where he used a series of eight posts to craft a lengthy and brilliant response to Harris&rsquo;s campaign policy page, thereby giving the vice president a taste of the debate drubbing she narrowly escaped when Democrats elevated her to the top of their ticket.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, it now falls to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/4-keys-crushing-kamala-trump-can-secure-election-victory-tomorrow-nights-debate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trump<\/a> to deliver that drubbing. And many expect that he will, albeit perhaps in a different way than Vance would have.<\/p>\n<p>Trump&rsquo;s running mate announced the policy-rich thread at 12:09 p.m. EST on Monday afternoon. Yet he wrote with such clarity and command as to make his arguments both accessible and unassailable.<\/p>\n<p>A summary of Vance&rsquo;s eight-post barrage might read as follows:<\/p>\n<p>Unless you rank among the wealthiest people in America, have authoritarian inclinations, hold a gender- studies degree or something equally worthless, worship at the altar of secularism or entered the country illegally, Harris hates you. Her plan has nothing for you.<\/p>\n<p>For instance, Harris promised middle-class tax cuts. This can only happen, the Ohio senator correctly noted, by securing the border.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;When a city&rsquo;s immigrant population increases, the area&rsquo;s home prices and rental costs rise by a comparable amount. But the effects vary by neighborhood: home values are negatively correlated with the immigrant concentration. The result: only current homeowners in non-immigrant, wealthy neighborhoods stand to benefit from mass immigration. In short, Vance reminded people of faith that Harris and the Democrats have contempt for them.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Most parents who use a paid childcare center say they prefer a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bidens-build-back-better-free-preschool-forces-lgbtq-activist-curriculum-on-faith-groups\/\" title=\"Biden\u2019s Build Back Better \u2018Free\u2019 Preschool Forces LGBTQ Activist Curriculum on Faith Groups\">faith-based provider<\/a>. What would Harris&rsquo;s plan do for them? Nothing. Childcare providers based in a house of worship would have been excluded from funding opportunities.
