Ruben Gallego, D-Ariz., Sen. Jackie Rosen, D-Nev., and Sen. Martin Heinrich, D-N.M.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Gallego is particularly vulnerable because of his far-left record. He is unsuitable for Arizona &mdash; but so too are Martin Heinrich in New Mexico and Jackie Rosen in Nevada,&rdquo; said the PAC president, George Landrith. &ldquo;When Hispanic voters &mdash; especially Hispanics who attend Catholic Mass &mdash; come to learn about their senator&rsquo;s record of anti-Catholic bigotry, they are going to be stunned.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The ads have been produced in both English and Spanish. Each <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/psaki-dodges-questions-on-gov-cuomos-handling-of-pandemic\/\" title=\"Psaki dodges questions on Gov. Cuomo\u2019s handling of pandemic\">ad pointed<\/a> out the Democrats&rsquo; support for Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra, who sought to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/news\/becerra-claims-he-never-sued-any-nuns-in-confirmation-hearing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">coerce<\/a> the Little Sisters of the Poor into providing contraception. As secretary, Becerra also <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/05\/16\/hhs-secretary-admits-the-feds-will-punish-hospitals-that-resist-trans-mutilation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">threatened<\/a> the federal funding of hospitals which refused to offer transgender surgeries. Rosen and Heinrich both voted to confirm Becerra, whose nomination passed three years ago by a single <a href=\"https:\/\/www.senate.gov\/legislative\/LIS\/roll_call_votes\/vote1171\/vote_117_1_00125.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vote<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The ads went on to highlight lawmakers&rsquo; absence when the news <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uncoverdc.com\/2023\/02\/08\/the-fbi-doubles-down-on-christians-and-white-supremacy-in-2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">broke<\/a> of the FBI targeting traditional Catholics as domestic terrorists.<\/p>\n<p><strong>[RELATED:[RELATED:<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/04\/14\/19-times-democrats-and-doj-deliberately-politicized-law-enforcement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">19 Times Democrats And DOJ Deliberately Politicized Law Enforcement<\/a>]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Republicans too often forget that even though many Hispanic voters are moving towards Trump, they are likely to vote for incumbent members of Congress just because they know their names,&rdquo; Landrith said. &ldquo;But they need to be shocked into realizing just how far left-wing they are &mdash; and particularly how anti-Catholic they are.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>On abortion, the ads say the three <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/house-sends-infrastructure-bill-to-bidens-desk-after-11th-hour-agreement-between-liberals-moderates\/\" title=\"House Sends Infrastructure Bill To Biden\u2019s Desk After 11th-Hour Agreement Between Liberals, Moderates\">lawmakers opposed<\/a> a law protecting newborn abortion survivors. Gallego <a href=\"https:\/\/clerk.house.gov\/Votes\/202329\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">voted<\/a> as recently as last year to reject the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act while <a href=\"https:\/\/sbaprolife.org\/senator\/jacky-rosen\">Rosen<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/sbaprolife.org\/senator\/martin-heinrich\">Heinrich<\/a> voted against the legislation in 2019 and 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The ads arrive just two months before Election Day when Republicans hope to reclaim the upper chamber after four years under a razor-thin minority. Democrats have run the Senate with just a single-seat majority this Congress, which led to Vice President Kamala Harris becoming a <a href=\"https:\/\/rollcall.com\/2023\/12\/05\/harris-breaks-senate-record-for-tie-breaking-votes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">record-breaking<\/a> tie breaker last December. As the race stands, however, former President Donald Trump is outperforming Republican Senate candidates in Arizona and Nevada.<\/p>\n<p>In Arizona, Trump <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realclearpolling.com\/polls\/president\/general\/2024\/arizona\/trump-vs-harris\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">leads<\/a> Harris by a single point in the RealClearPolitics aggregate of surveys, while Gallego <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realclearpolling.com\/polls\/senate\/general\/2024\/arizona\/lake-vs-gallego\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">leads<\/a> former Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake by more than 7 points.<\/p>\n<p>In Nevada, Trump is only <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realclearpolling.com\/polls\/president\/general\/2024\/nevada\/trump-vs-harris-vs-kennedy-vs-west-vs-stein\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">down<\/a> by less than half a point while the Republican Senate candidate, Sam Brown, is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realclearpolling.com\/polls\/senate\/general\/2024\/nevada\/brown-vs-rosen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">down<\/a> by more than 10.<\/p>\n<p>New Mexico is the only state where the GOP Senate hopeful is running ahead of the former president in the RealClear aggregate, though only <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realclearpolitics.com\/epolls\/2024\/president\/nm\/new_mexico_trump_vs_harris-8569.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">one major poll<\/a> has been conducted in the state on the presidential race. Landrith remarked that while many Hispanic voters may be leaning towards Trump, they often vote for incumbent Congress members simply because they recognize their names; he believes it&#8217;s crucial for them to understand how far left these politicians have moved\u2014particularly regarding their anti-Catholic views.<\/p>\n<p>On abortion issues, the ads claim all three lawmakers opposed legislation designed to protect newborns who survive abortions. Gallego voted against this measure last year while Rosen and Heinrich did so in 2019 and 2020.<\/p>\n<p>This ad campaign comes just two months before Election Day as Republicans aim to regain control of the Senate after four years with a slim minority status. Currently holding only a one-seat majority this Congress has made Vice President Kamala Harris a record-breaking tie-breaker since last December. However, former President Donald Trump is currently performing better than Republican Senate candidates in Arizona and Nevada according to recent polls.<\/p>\n<p>In Arizona&#8217;s RealClearPolitics aggregate surveys, Trump leads Harris by one point while Gallego has over a seven-point lead against former Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake.
