The commission will perform &ldquo;a complete financial and performance audit of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/a-football-analogy-to-explain-democrats-election-cheating\/\" title=\"A Football Analogy to Explain Democrats&#039; Election Cheating\">entire federal government<\/a>,&rdquo; Trump told the crowd.<\/p>\n<p>The commission will also make recommendations for &ldquo;drastic reforms,&rdquo; including ways to reduce fraud in the federal government and improper payments, he said. On Thursday he called for that number to be upped to that to the elimination of 10 regulations for every one.<\/p>\n<p>Trump also said he will propose lowering the corporate tax rate to 15% for companies that manufacture their products in the U.S.<\/p>\n<p>Republicans in Congress have also targeted the administrative state.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, House Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-MN) introduced a bill, dubbed the Sunset Act, that would require all major rules to expire 10 years after they are enacted unless approved by both chambers of Congress under a joint resolution.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rep.
