But at what cost?<\/p>\n<p>Monday on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/the-new-acting-attorney-general-jeff-rosen-recently-wrote-an-essay-on-foreign-influence-in-us-elections-this-tells-us-a-little-about-his-knowledge-of-whats-going-on-today\/\" title=\"The New Acting Attorney General Jeff Rosen Recently Wrote an Essay on Foreign Influence in US Elections \u2013 This Tells Us A Little About His Knowledge of What\u2019s Going On Today\">social media platform<\/a> X, the NFL drew fans&rsquo; ire by posting a 30-second promotional video that somehow managed to feature five different clips of pop megastar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/experts-weigh-potential-impact-taylor-swift-presidential-endorsement-marginal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Taylor Swift<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, the NFL season will begin when the Baltimore Ravens visit the defending Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs.<\/p>\n<p>The season will conclude in February with Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans, Louisiana.<\/p>\n<p>  <script> \t\t\t\tif( ! getCookie( 'ff_subbed' ) ) if( typeof FFADS.replace_ict !='undefined' ) if( FFADS.replace_ict ) eval( FFADS.replace_ict ); \t\t\t<\/script> <\/p>\n<p>To get fans excited for the journey, the promotional video included highlights from past games played in each month, from September through February.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, Swift&rsquo;s ubiquitous presence overshadowed some otherwise electrifying highlights.<\/p>\n<p>During the 2023 season, Swift began appearing at Kansas City&rsquo;s games, both home and away, to cheer on her boyfriend, Chiefs tight end <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/watch-travis-kelce-enraged-shoves-teammate-gets-face-tense-moment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Travis Kelce<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The NFL and its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/cameras-broadcasters-already-glued-taylor-swift-brace-nfl-fans-beginning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">broadcasting partners<\/a> took advantage of the pop megastar&rsquo;s presence, much to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/swifties-enraged-nfl-fans-loudly-booing-taylor-swift-super-bowl-not-ruining-football\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">chagrin<\/a> of many fans who would have preferred that the focus remain on the game and its players.<\/p>\n<p>Kansas City capped the season with a 25-22 Super Bowl <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/chiefs-win-super-bowl-lviii-49ers-overtime\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">victory<\/a> over the San Francisco 49ers.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, television viewers saw plenty of Swift and Kelce.<\/p>\n<p>Ironically, in the promotional video posted on Monday, Kelce himself appeared only three times. And one of those appearances showed him kissing his famous girlfriend.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, fans caught only one glimpse of Chiefs quarterback and three-time Super Bowl MVP <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/taylor-swift-involved-chiefs-patrick-mahomes-says-drawing-plays\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Patrick Mahomes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ravens quarterback <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/J\/JackLa00.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lamar Jackson<\/a>, the 2023 NFL MVP, did not even get the entire screen to himself when he made his lone appearance in the video.<\/p>\n<p>In other words, Swift had as many appearances as Kelce, Mahomes and Jackson combined.<\/p>\n<p>Houston Texans quarterback <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/cj-stroud-becomes-first-texans-qb-win-offensive-rookie-year-gives-credit-jesus-historic-season\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">C.J.
