Their arrest comes a month after the FBI raided their Long Island home and &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fbi-raids-former-hochul-aide-linda-suns-home-washington-examiner\/\" title=\"FBI raids former Hochul aide Linda Sun\u2019s home - Washington Examiner\">conducted court-authorized <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/the-red-wave-of-conservative-women-elected-to-congress\/\" title=\"The Red Wave of Conservative Women Elected to Congress\">law enforcement<\/a> activity<\/a>.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The charges levied against them are still unknown but will be revealed on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Sun worked for Hochul from September 2021 to November 2022 before leaving to work in the New York Department of Labor. She was then fired from the department after evidence of misconduct was discovered. After that, she worked on the campaign for Democrat Austin Cheng, who unsuccessfully ran for Congress in New York&rsquo;s 3rd Congressional District. At one point in her career, she also worked for Rep. Grace Meng (D-NY) when the latter was a state assemblywoman.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;This individual was hired by the Executive Chamber more than a decade ago,&rdquo; a Hochul spokesperson told the <em>Washington Examiner<\/em>. &ldquo;We terminated her employment in March 2023 after discovering evidence of misconduct, immediately reported her actions to law enforcement and&nbsp;have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/she-allegedly-aborted-burned-and-buried-her-baby-heres-how-media-covered-it\/\" title=\"She Allegedly Aborted, Burned And Buried Her Baby.
