However, the Biden Administration has refused to comply with a lawfully issued congressional subpoena and cooperate with our investigation into their plan to use federal agencies to &lsquo;get out the vote,&rsquo;&rdquo; Rep. The <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/08\/14\/states-file-federal-lawsuit-seeking-to-shut-down-bidenbucks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">legally questionable<\/a> directive instructed hundreds of federal agencies to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/06\/23\/yes-biden-is-hiding-his-plan-to-rig-the-2022-midterm-elections\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">interfere<\/a>&nbsp;in state and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/irs-filing-confirms-zuckerberg-grantee-spent-332-million-for-local-election-administration-in-2020\/\" title=\"IRS Filing Confirms: Zuckerberg Grantee Spent 2 Million for &#039;Local Election Administration&#039; in 2020\">local election administration<\/a> by using taxpayer dollars to engage in voter registration and get-out-the-vote activities. <\/p>\n<p>Agencies were also instructed to collaborate with so-called &ldquo;nonpartisan third-party organizations&rdquo; that have been &ldquo;approved&rdquo; by the White House to provide &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-puts-susan-rice-in-charge-of-effort-to-expand-vote-by-mail\/\" title=\"Biden Puts Susan Rice in Charge of Effort to Expand Vote by Mail\">voter registration services<\/a> on agency premises.&rdquo; Many of the groups identified as having worked with the administration are <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/06\/08\/report-biden-is-coordinating-with-aclu-other-left-wing-groups-to-interfere-in-elections\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/no-justice-clarence-thomas-doesnt-have-to-recuse-because-his-wife-has-political-opinions\/\" title=\"No, Justice Clarence Thomas Doesn\u2019t Have To Recuse Because His Wife Has Political Opinions\">extremely left-wing<\/a><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Departments were additionally ordered to draft &ldquo;strategic plan[s]&rdquo; explaining how their agencies intended to fulfill Biden&rsquo;s directive. The administration has routinely&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/10\/21\/the-doj-is-hiding-information-about-bidens-attempts-to-interfere-in-u-s-elections\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">stonewalled<\/a>&nbsp;efforts by <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/07\/01\/no-one-knows-how-much-bidenbucks-is-costing-taxpayers-not-even-congress\/\">Congress<\/a> and conservative organizations to acquire these plans by slow-walking its response to federal court orders and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/09\/12\/bombshell-doj-conceals-records-about-bidens-use-of-federal-agencies-to-influence-elections\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">heavily redacting<\/a>&nbsp;any related documents it&rsquo;s released.<\/p>\n<p>Steil, the chair of the House Administration Committee, first <a href=\"https:\/\/cha.house.gov\/_cache\/files\/8\/6\/86132e25-62c2-42fc-bac9-2214d9c64b1f\/6E6AA8CBC7DF827969A7DEE3908A07D0.agency-blitz-steil-demands-answers-on-biden-administration-s-voting-executive-order.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sent letters<\/a> to Biden cabinet officials on May 15 requesting details on their plans to fulfill the &ldquo;Bidenbucks&rdquo; (now dubbed &ldquo;KamalaCash&rdquo;) order. After receiving no response for nearly a month, the Wisconsin Republican <a href=\"https:\/\/cha.house.gov\/_cache\/files\/3\/e\/3eda90a0-8a2d-4ce5-b3c0-cd2947d84f03\/90B7F31929B950CEEDC87CAAD6D35AE5.steil-eo-14019-subpoena-cover-letter.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">issued subpoenas<\/a> to 15 federal agencies demanding they forfeit copies of their &ldquo;strategic plans&rdquo; and communications with third-party groups related to their work on &ldquo;Bidenbucks.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-fdf995ae1f7a5804e865038fba1710da fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-6\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-fdf995ae1f7a5804e865038fba1710da\"><\/div>\n<p>Following another month of stonewalling, Steil <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/07\/30\/exclusive-house-committee-gives-cabinet-secretaries-5-days-to-release-bidenbucks-docs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">issued<\/a> letters to leading officials within the Departments of Labor, Justice, Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development, and Agriculture on July 29, in which he informed them that failure to comply with the committee&rsquo;s repeated requests would result in &ldquo;additional remedies for noncompliance.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/cha.house.gov\/_cache\/files\/6\/8\/68168b8b-4345-4794-aa5b-fdd94e179a04\/9ACA57E4F9A00EF8ED409D13C9C19EEB.8.29.24-deposition-subpoenas-cover-letters.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">subpoenas<\/a> issued by the committee on Thursday were sent to officials within the aforementioned agencies. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;These Biden Administration agencies failed to produce their strategic plans to implement Executive Order 14019 on multiple occasions,&rdquo; Steil said. &ldquo;It&rsquo;s time that these officials explain to the Committee what is in these plans, and how their agencies are implementing their plans.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>A lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the executive order is currently <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/06\/13\/bidenbucks-order-will-already-have-done-its-job-by-the-time-scotus-looks-at-it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pending<\/a> before the U.S. Supreme Court.
