Tuesday night, police said 21-year-old Robert Aaron Long was taken into custody.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Robert Long, age 21.
