I mean, unless you possess a basic understanding of economics and\/or property value, as one popular social media real estate influencer and writer noted in a viral video.<\/p>\n<p>In a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/turning-pain-punchlines-24-year-old-tiktokers-journey-paralysis-humor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TikTok<\/a> video that got reposted across various platforms, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leighbrown.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Leigh Brown<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/woman-claims-she-was-raped-repeatedly-by-epstein-and-maxwell-in-front-of-her-son\/\" title=\"Woman Claims She Was Raped \u2018Repeatedly\u2019 By Epstein and Maxwell In Front Of Her Son\">real estate broker<\/a> and best-selling author, broke down the problems with the three major tenets of the Harris real estate plan.<\/p>\n<p>While Brown&rsquo;s criticism of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/kamala-harris-grand-plan-offer-new-home-buyers-free-25000-getting-ripped-shreds\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Harris&rsquo;<\/a> plan to build new houses and how it federalizes zoning regulations &mdash; usually the province of local jurisdictions for a reason &mdash; and calls for rent control (if you need to figure out why this is bad, you&rsquo;re reading the wrong publication) both deserve a listen, her dismantling of the $25,000 for first-time homebuyers is pure gold.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I love down payment assistance,&rdquo; Brown said, &ldquo;especially when it&rsquo;s done by tax credits, when it&rsquo;s done by bond money approved by voters.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Not this, however.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Y&rsquo;all, if the federal government wants to hand people money for buying houses, that&rsquo;s&nbsp;<em>what causes inflation<\/em>,&rdquo; Brown emphasized.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;How is it gonna be that we can get y&rsquo;all educated on this?
