Tim Walz, was seen crying as his dad formally accepted his party&rsquo;s nomination during the 2024 DNC, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/gus-walz-thats-my-dad-dnc-523c5add372384a810af9e8501dc07ba\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Associated Press<\/a>. &ldquo;That&rsquo;s my dad,&rdquo; the younger Walz said during his dad&rsquo;s acceptance speech, the outlet reported.<\/p>\n<p>The X video claims there were no American flags at the 2024 DNC. The video shares the view from inside the United Center in Chicago, Illinois, where the 2024 DNC is being held. &ldquo;An empty arena for the DNC and not one American flag can be found,&rdquo; the video&rsquo;s caption reads.<\/p>\n<p>Another <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/RealMattCouch\/status\/1825708643158741152\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">iteration<\/a> of the claim, shared on X by political analyst and commentator Matt Couch, has received over 500,000 views as of writing.<\/p>\n<p>The claim is false. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/live\/4rGf2pCtYfk?feature=shared&amp;t=12667\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Video<\/a> of this year&rsquo;s DNC shared by C-SPAN via YouTube shows multiple American flags on stage at the convention.
