Harris and Brown dated in the 1990s.<\/p>\n<p>As Brown has denied the story, some have speculated the incident Trump was referring to may have been when he and former California Gov. Jerry Brown went on a helicopter ride in 2018. But the governor has said there was no emergency landing with that flight, or when Trump went on a helicopter ride with former California state Sen.
