The struggle saw the employee thrown to the floor with Morrell as the two grappled.<\/p>\n<p>In a video of the incident, the moment the odds turned against Morell is clear.<\/p>\n<p>The 8-year-old girl enters the frame of the surveillance video, armed with what appears to be a metal bat. A bloody wound beneath his left eye and a bloodied lip are evidence that he struck out in a painful way.<\/p>\n<p>Police made two discoveries that, along with the surveillance footage, could help seal the deal for Morrell.<\/p>\n<p>In his car, they found the clothes he was seen wearing during the incident.
