Tim Walz (D-MN), in order to gain admission into the event.<\/p>\n<p>The Harris campaign sent an email Thursday announcing details of the rally, such as the location, Desert Diamond Arena, 15 miles northwest of downtown Phoenix. Attendees would be admitted between 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., but they needed to present a government-issued photo ID, <a href=\"https:\/\/ktar.com\/story\/5591077\/kamala-harris-1st-arizona-rally-with-tim-walz-set-for-glendale-arena-democrat-president-ticket\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>according to<\/a> KTAR.<\/p>\n<p>Harris has consistently opposed laws requiring voters to present an ID before voting, citing in 2020 historical examples of voter ID laws having undertones of sexism and racism.
