Here&rsquo;s a look back at some of Harris&rsquo; biggest lies to date.<\/p>\n<h2>20. Harris Claims It&rsquo;s Trump, Not Her, Who Will Weaponize DOJ<\/h2>\n<p>One of Harris&rsquo; most repeated talking points since she&rsquo;s become a presidential nominee states that if Trump wins the White House in November, he will use the Department of Justice to target his political opponents. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;[Trump] will weaponize the Department of Justice against his political enemies,&rdquo; she said behind the vice presidential podium. &ldquo;He will round up peaceful protestors and throw them out of our country. And even, quote, &lsquo;terminate&rsquo; the United States Constitution.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><span><\/p>\n<blockquote data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<div lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p>Kamala Harris is deranged. Harris&rsquo; Fracking Flip-Flop<\/h2>\n<p>Shortly after the vice president became the Democrats&rsquo; 2024 presidential nominee, Harris&rsquo; campaign went after former President Donald Trump for exposing her radical belief that the U.S. should ban fracking.  <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Trump&rsquo;s false claims about fracking bans are an obvious attempt to distract from his own plans to enrich oil and gas executives at the expense of the middle class,&rdquo; Harris&rsquo; campaign <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2024\/07\/28\/harris-campaign-trump-fracking-ban-00171537\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">said in a statement<\/a> in July 2024.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;She would not ban fracking,&rdquo; the campaign reaffirmed to Politico.<\/p>\n<p>Harris, however, is on the record in 2019 during her first failed presidential run claiming that she is &ldquo;in favor of banning fracking.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><span><\/p>\n<blockquote data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<div lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p>Kamala Harris&#8217; campaign: Harris does not support a fracking ban.<\/p>\n<p>Kamala Harris herself: &#8220;There&#8217;s no question. Harris Denies Biden&rsquo;s Obvious Decline<\/h2>\n<p>Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/kamala-harris-spent-months-shooting-down-concerns-bidens-mental-competency\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">spent months<\/a> ahead of Biden&rsquo;s disastrous debate performance and resignation from the 2024 presidential race reassuring Americans that her counterpart&rsquo;s age did not affect his ability to govern. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I&rsquo;ll tell you, the reality of it is, and I&rsquo;ve spent a lot of time with Biden, be it in the Oval Office, in the Situation Room and other places &mdash; he is extraordinarily smart. He has the ability to see around the corner in terms of what might be the challenges we face as a nation or globally,&rdquo; Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/Politics\/abc-news-gets-rare-access-vp-kamala-harris\/story?id=106415717\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">told<\/a> ABC News in January.<\/p>\n<p>Yet, Democrats&rsquo; coup-like candidate-replacement operation hinged on Biden&rsquo;s obvious decline. One poll found that, of the 70 percent of voters who believe there was a cover-up of Biden&rsquo;s decline, 92 percent believe Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/07\/25\/us-news\/92-of-voters-blame-kamala-harris-for-biden-health-coverup-poll\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">was complicit in the cover-up.<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>15. Harris Accuses Trump Of Trying To Cut Medicare, Social Security<\/h2>\n<p>Harris incorrectly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=brU_XY__c1w\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">claimed<\/a> at a July 2024 American Federation of Teachers conference&nbsp;that &ldquo;Trump and his allies want to cut Medicare and Social Security.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Even <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politifact.com\/factchecks\/2024\/jun\/21\/joe-biden\/joe-biden-cherry-picks-donald-trump-statement-on-c\/#Echobox=1721922869-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">partisan Politifact<\/a> was forced to admit that Trump&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.donaldjtrump.com\/agenda47\/we-must-protect-medicare-and-social-security\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2024 platform<\/a> explicitly states that &ldquo;under no circumstances should Republicans vote to cut a single penny from Medicare or Social Security.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<h2>14. Harris Repeats &lsquo;Book Ban&rsquo; Falsehoods<\/h2>\n<p>During her American Federation of Teachers address, Harris <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=brU_XY__c1w\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">accused<\/a> Republicans who want to keep sexually explicit content off of school and library shelves of attacking &ldquo;the freedom to learn and acknowledge our nation&rsquo;s true and full history, including book bans.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Book bans in this year of our Lord 2024,&rdquo; she remarked. <\/p>\n<p>In the context of taxpayer-funded classrooms, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/03\/29\/there-are-no-banned-books\/#:~:text=Books%20are%20'banned'%20in%20Tennessee,It's%20a%20myth.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">there is no such thing as &ldquo;banned books.&rdquo;<\/a> The inappropriate stories Democrats claim are prohibited from circulation are still widely available to readers via publishers and booksellers.<\/p>\n<h2>13. Harris Wrongfully Asserts NCAA Women&rsquo;s Brackets Were Banned Until 2022<\/h2>\n<p>During the 2024 NCAA March Madness basketball tournament, Harris incorrectly claimed that female teams were excluded from brackets until 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;OK, a bit of a history lesson &mdash; do you know that women were not, the women&rsquo;s teams were not allowed to have brackets until 2022?&rdquo; Harris told Spectrum News in April 2024. &ldquo;Think about that, and &hellip; talk about progress, ya know, better late than never, but progress.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><span><\/p>\n<blockquote data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<div lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p>Sports Fan Kamala Harris claims the NCAA women&#8217;s basketball tournament was &#8220;not allowed to have brackets until 2022.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>As usual, she is wrong. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/QaRSsngSxP\">pic.twitter.com\/QaRSsngSxP<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&mdash; RNC Research (@RNCResearch) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RNCResearch\/status\/1776088840630854024?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 5, 2024<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><\/span> <\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>While it&rsquo;s true that the NCAA women&rsquo;s tournament did not take on the March Madness branding until 2022, brackets for female competitors date back to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/sports\/vice-president-kamala-harris-wrongly-claims-ncaa-womens-tournament-was-excluded-from-brackets-until-2022\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&ldquo;early 1980s.&rdquo;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Harris&rsquo; and Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff&rsquo;s social media accounts also directly contradict the VP&rsquo;s claims by showing that the pair filled out women&rsquo;s basketball brackets in 2021.<\/p>\n<figure><\/figure>\n<h2>11.
