getCookie( 'ff_subbed' ) ) if( typeof FFADS.replace_ict !='undefined' ) if( FFADS.replace_ict ) eval( FFADS.replace_ict ); \t\t\t<\/script> <\/p>\n<p>Kettler becomes at least the 18th staff member to leave the royal couple&rsquo;s employ since Prince Harry and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/prince-philip-spiteful-3-letter-nickname-meghan-markle-new-book-explains\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Meghan Markle<\/a> wed in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Nine or more of those staff have left since 2020, when the couple decamped from Merrie England to California.<\/p>\n<p>To be fair, there may not be much &ldquo;intrigue&rdquo; about the departure.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;What may be most telling is that the entire time I worked there, I don&rsquo;t think I heard a single current or former employee on their staff say they would take the job again if given the chance,&rdquo; a former employee of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/pat-tillmans-mother-livid-prince-harry-wins-dead-sons-award-shocked\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Sussexes<\/a> told the paper.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;These aren&rsquo;t employees they had just found off the streets,&rdquo; the source added.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Many of them are people who had previously excelled working for demanding bosses in high-performance companies and environments.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, Kettler &mdash; who is believed to be an American &mdash; came from the corporate world, where he had previously been employed by a medical equipment manufacturer.<\/p>\n<p>Kettler had guided Harry through a successful-ish tour of Nigeria (as successful as Prince Harry&rsquo;s shindigs go these days, anyhow), as well as a visit to London for the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games, Harry&rsquo;s charitable sporting event for wounded and ill veterans.<\/p>\n<p>And good luck replacing him, given the fact that, as the word gets out about the Sussexes, they seem to have trouble attracting decent recruits.<\/p>\n<p>Four months ago, it was reported that the Duchess of Sussex hadn&rsquo;t succeeded in finding a CEO for her lifestyle\/cooking brand despite several interviews.<\/p>\n<p>A book two years ago <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/staff-left-broken-terrified-meghan-markles-screaming-tirades-prince-william-step-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">exposed that aides<\/a> who worked for Meghan were &ldquo;broken&rdquo; and &ldquo;terrified&rdquo; of her, as well.<\/p>\n<p>The account indicated that Prince William sought out an aide that Meghan had reduced to tears and comforted her after the incident.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Good for Prince William, because my understanding is he has been the one who was backing up the disadvantaged, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/bidens-top-science-adviser-resigns-after-report-on-demeaning-conduct-toward-staff\/\" title=\"Biden\u2019s Top Science Adviser Resigns After Report On \u2018Demeaning\u2019 Conduct Toward Staff\">bullied staff<\/a> from the word go,&rdquo; said Lady Colin Campbell, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/royal-expert-reveals-secret-to-queen-elizabeth-ii-and-prince-philips-73-years-of-marriage\/\" title=\"Royal Expert Reveals Secret To Queen Elizabeth II And Prince Philip\u2019s 73 Years Of Marriage\">royal expert<\/a> who has written several biographies about the women behind the British throne.<\/p>\n<p>The staff even gave itself a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/royal-staffers-gave-meghan-brutal-nickname-behind-back-new-book-says\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">grim nickname for having to work<\/a> with Meghan: &ldquo;The Sussex Survivors Club.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Amazingly, the Sussexes seem to be more unlikable behind the scenes than they are in front of the camera, which is a feat that takes some effort.
