His decision allows the party, led by presidential candidate Cornel West, \u200dto participate in the election after the State\u2063 Board of Elections initially denied them access. Judge\u2063 Boyle criticized the board&#8217;s \u200cprocess, stating it \u2062was flawed\u2063 and\u2062 disenfranchised over 17,000 voters who signed \u200bpetitions supporting the party. The ruling came amidst tensions with the North Carolina Democratic Party, which is also facing challenges regarding another party on the ballot. Boyle is on the bench in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.<\/p>\n<p>Justice For All is the party led by presidential candidate Cornel West. West&rsquo;s running mate is Melina Abdullah, a professor of Pan-African studies at Cal State-Los Angeles.<\/p>\n<p>The injunction from Boyle means not only can West be a candidate for president on North Carolina ballots, the party can offer candidates for other races downballot. The party was denied access 3-2 by the state board on July 16, with Chairman Alan Hirsch, Jeff Carmon and Siobhan Millen &ndash; all Democrats &ndash; voting against inclusion and Republicans Stacy Eggers and Kevin Lewis in favor.<\/p>\n<p>Boyle, in his ruling, said the board &ldquo;conducted one flawed survey and extrapolated its conclusions to the rest of the signatures.&rdquo; There was, he said, &ldquo;ample time to further investigate JFA&rsquo;s petitions to determine their sufficiency.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>He also wrote, &ldquo;Narrow tailoring requires a scalpel; the Board used a blunt instrument. Newsom Unveils \u2018Largest State Tax Rebate In American History\u2019\">signed petitions<\/a> to certify JFA as a new political party on flawed, highly suspect grounds.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Earlier Monday, a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecentersquare.com\/north_carolina\/article_8f95be48-58e4-11ef-b92c-3b37197775b9.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>state Superior Court judge in Wake County<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;denied a request for injunction by the North Carolina Democratic Party that would have stopped the We The People Party from being on the ballot. That party supports Robert Kennedy Jr., a former Democrat.<\/p>\n<p>The State Board of Elections has endured a rough summer lead-up to the general election, in particular the first 26 days of July. In that were&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecentersquare.com\/north_carolina\/article_10efdf26-487f-11ef-8034-ebe092975a6a.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>a pair of lawsuits<\/strong><\/a>, a federal probe and a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hundreds-of-minneapolis-police-officers-left-after-getting-slammed-now-city-spending-millions-for-new-recruits\/\" title=\"Hundreds Of Minneapolis Police Officers Left After Getting Slammed. Each had the 13,865 signatures.<\/p>\n<p>Over the course of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecentersquare.com\/north_carolina\/article_384e4486-3420-11ef-a30a-9f20137a5558.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>three board meetings June 26<\/strong><\/a>, July 9 and July 16, eventually the Constitution Party (July 9) and the We The People Party (July 16) were approved by the board. Justice For All, however, was denied and there was no intent given to reconsider the matter after that final meeting.<\/p>\n<p>On social media, West says his campaign &ldquo;is not for sale.
