He proceeded to request a mail-in ballot from Philadelphia while also voting in Montgomery and Broward counties.<\/p>\n<p>In the November 2022 elections, he voted twice in Pennsylvania, using his Montgomery and Philadelphia addresses.<\/p>\n<p>Pulley was registered as a longtime Republican in Montgomery County but switched his party affiliation there last year.
