Thanks to a <a href=\"https:\/\/greene.house.gov\/news\/documentsingle.aspx?DocumentID=801\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">congressional subpoena and Rep. Jackson<\/em> decision in 2022, the Houston facility allegedly employed several abortionists who were willing to kill babies well into the second trimester.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;If you want more intact ones, she&rsquo;s the one you kind of need to talk to,&rdquo; Nguyen said of Schutt-Ain&eacute;. <\/p>\n<p>In an effort to deliver PPGC&rsquo;s alleged clients the most desirable body parts but skirt the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/uscode\/text\/18\/1531#:~:text=Any%20physician%20who%2C%20in%20or,than%202%20years%2C%20or%20both.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2003 Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act<\/a>, Schutt-Ain&eacute; claimed she does much of her dismemberments at the edge of the womb.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;If I&rsquo;m doing a procedure, and I&rsquo;m seeing that I&rsquo;m in fear that it&rsquo;s about to come to the umbilicus [navel], I might ask for a second set of forceps to hold the body at the cervix and pull off a leg, or two, so it&rsquo;s not PBA,&rdquo; Schutt-Ain&eacute; said.<\/p>\n<p>The abortionist said her facility, on average, harvested five to 10 samples per week.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Thirty to 50 is like a good number for the month,&rdquo; Nguyen explained. <\/p>\n<p>A bad sample, Nguyen said, only happened when those executing the unborn baby were forced to &ldquo;hurry up&rdquo; the gruesome procedure. Tram and other staff members were allegedly &ldquo;trying to move forward with the sales.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>When Daleiden accused Planned Parenthood of allegedly selling aborted babies&rsquo; body parts, especially those executed in the second and third trimesters, for commercial profit, the abortion giant repeatedly denied it. Instead, Planned Parenthood <a href=\"https:\/\/www.plannedparenthood.org\/files\/4814\/4710\/8959\/The_Fanatical_Crusade_Against_Planned_Parenthood.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">claimed<\/a> the videos were &ldquo;doctored&rdquo; and said it only donates a small percentage of fetal tissue to various organizations conducting scientific research.<\/p>\n<p>NAF, similarly, <a href=\"https:\/\/prochoice.org\/naf-supports-fetal-tissue-donation-for-humanitarian-and-medical-research\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">issued a statement<\/a> expressing support for handing out tissues from abortions &ldquo;with the potential to help millions of Americans suffering from diabetes, Parkinson&rsquo;s, Alzheimer&rsquo;s, muscular dystrophy, leukemia, and other serious medical conditions.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;There is no financial gain for women or health care providers involved,&rdquo; NAF claimed.<\/p>\n<p>These claims fueled lawfare by Harris, who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/kamala-harris-colluded-abortion-providers\">colluded<\/a>&nbsp;with Planned Parenthood and NAF to target Daleiden for <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2020\/05\/13\/david-daleiden-sues-planned-parenthood-kamala-harris-for-using-video-recording-laws-as-political-weapon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">exposing the abortion giant<\/a>, according to his attorneys.
