We ought to take him seriously; he means it. All this stuff about &lsquo;If we lose, it&rsquo;ll be a bloodbath, stuff will happen, there will be a stolen election,&rsquo;&rdquo; Biden said. &ldquo;Look at what they&rsquo;re trying to do now in the local elections where people count the votes.
