the indictment continues.<\/p>\n<p>There are six additional counts against Heflin alleging he voted on behalf of three Alabamans six additional times. The Attorney General&rsquo;s Special Prosecutions Division is prosecuting the case.  <\/p>\n<p>Heflin won the Democratic primary in April after receiving 141 votes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbs42.com\/news\/politics\/your-local-election-hq\/runoff-election-night-results-across-central-alabama\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">compared<\/a> to Beverly Appleby Hill&rsquo;s 98 votes.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I have been traveling this state and talking about absentee ballot application fraud and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/alabama-democratic-candidate-arrested-on-multiple-felony-voter-fraud-charges\/\" title=\"Alabama Democratic Candidate Arrested on Multiple Felony Voter Fraud Charges\">absentee ballot election fraud<\/a> for years.
