Musk posted. &ldquo;And, instead of it being the real Don Lemon, it was really just Jeff Zucker talking through Don, so lacked authenticity.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Musk did note that both Lemon and former CNN president Jeff Zucker were still welcome to produce content on X, there just wouldn&rsquo;t be any formal business partnerships.<\/p>\n<p>Lemon initially responded by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/getting-smoked-elon-musk-interview-don-lemon-goes-back-cnn-whine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">complaining&nbsp;loudly<\/a> about Musk ending the business partnership, but now he appears to be taking a more attacking approach.<\/p>\n<p>According to a lawsuit obtained by <a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2024\/digital\/news\/don-lemon-sues-elon-musk-x-alleging-fraud-breach-of-contract-1236092743\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Variety<\/a>, Lemon is suing Musk for damages on a number of issues.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/COMPLAINT-LEMON-2024-08-01.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lawsuit<\/a> noted that Lemon is suing Musk on the grounds of fraud, negligent misrepresentation, misappropriation of name and likeness (common law), misappropriation of name and likeness (civil code), breach of express contract and unjust enrichment.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the lawsuit also offered some mighty high praise for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/bill-maher-mocks-don-lemon-face-trying-play-race-card-cmon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">polarizing<\/a> Lemon.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Relatable and charismatic, Lemon&rsquo;s work defies genre, candidly exposing injustice and the resiliency of the human spirit,&rdquo;
