It&rsquo;s seen as very foreign, culturally.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Everything I&rsquo;ve always heard is she doesn&rsquo;t have that many relationships in Pennsylvania, and she hasn&rsquo;t established any kind of identity here.
