However, a person is eligible to begin receiving payments when they turn 62, but one would only be eligible for up to $2,710.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonexaminer.com\/\"><strong><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Funds begin to be distributed on the second Wednesday on the month, with subsequent payments being made over the following weeks.
