Vance suggests that Vance &lsquo;doesn&rsquo;t understand what war means.&rsquo;&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The claim is inaccurate. Zelenskyy&rsquo;s response to Vance&rsquo;s claims was from a <a href=\"https:\/\/edition.cnn.com\/2024\/02\/25\/europe\/ukraine-troop-casualties-intl\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CNN<\/a> interview in<span>&nbsp;<\/span>Feb 2024.
