According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nps.gov\/yell\/learn\/news\/240723.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">National Park Service<\/a>, the pool is just north of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/teddy-roosevelts-stolen-watch-returned-to-82-year-old-great-grandson-after-discovery\/\" title=\"Teddy Roosevelt&#039;s Stolen Watch Returned to 82-Year-Old Great-Grandson After Discovery\">world&#038;rsquo<\/a>;s most famous geyser &mdash; Old Faithful &mdash; in northwest Wyoming.<\/p>\n<p>The agency&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nps.gov\/yell\/learn\/news\/240723.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news release<\/a> said no injuries were reported, but the extent of damage done by the explosion is still being realized.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Biscuit Basin, including the parking lot and boardwalks, are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/9m-small-businesses-fear-closing-for-good\/\" title=\"9M small businesses fear closing for good\">temporarily closed<\/a> for safety reasons,&rdquo; the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/jeep-pauses-springsteen-ad-following-dwi-arrest-report\/\" title=\"Jeep Pauses Springsteen Ad Following DWI Arrest Report\">park service<\/a> said.<\/p>\n<p>  <script> \t\t\t\tif( ! getCookie( 'ff_subbed' ) ) if( typeof FFADS.replace_ict !='undefined' ) if( FFADS.replace_ict ) eval( FFADS.replace_ict ); \t\t\t<\/script> <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;No other monitoring data show changes in the Yellowstone region. Today&rsquo;s explosion does not reflect a change in the volcanic system, which remains at normal background levels of activity.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Video of the explosion went viral Tuesday as it spread across social media platforms.<\/p>\n<p>In one video of the incident, park guests can be seen fleeing from a walkway as a massive plume of steam, mud and rocks grows behind them.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;S***!
