Her willingness to enforce laws selectively and disregard legal principles in favor of her own views raises concerns about her commitment to upholding the Constitution \u2063and\u200b <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/soviet-born-congresswoman-torches-garland-americans-are-afraid-of-being-prosecuted-by-your-doj\/\" title=\"Soviet-born congresswoman slams Garland: Americans fear DOJ prosecution.\">protecting individual liberties<\/a>. Additionally, her record on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/the-red-wave-of-conservative-women-elected-to-congress\/\" title=\"The Red Wave of Conservative Women Elected to Congress\">criminal justice issues<\/a>, including her support for policies\u2063 that disproportionately impact communities \u2064of color and her\u2064 aggressive prosecution of minor offenses, has raised questions about \u200dher commitment \u200cto true justice and equality for all. It is\u200c important for voters to carefully examine Harris&#8217;s record and positions on key issues before \u200dmaking a decision on her suitability for higher \u200doffice.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>With some hard work, pluck, the right boyfriend, and a bit of genetic luck, Kamala Harris has found her way onto the presidential ballot without having to secure a single primary vote. Don&rsquo;t tell me the American Dream is dead.<\/p>\n<p>Sure, Harris is a demagogue who speaks in cringy, swirling, impenetrable platitudes. And sure, according to Joe Biden, Kamala was an&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2020\/07\/21\/politics\/joe-biden-four-black-women-vice-president\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">identity hire<\/a>. But &ldquo;Morning Joe&rdquo;&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.msnbc.com\/morning-joe\/watch\/-is-it-1951-joe-slams-rep-burchett-s-claim-vp-harris-was-a-dei-hire-215472709598\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">says<\/a>&nbsp;we&rsquo;re not supposed to talk about any of that. So, let&rsquo;s discuss her record and stated positions.<\/p>\n<p>It seems like a lifetime ago that Biden named Harris his running mate. What you may not recall is that the media tried to gaslight us into believing the California senator was another apolitical dealmaker.<\/p>\n<p>Former Clinton fixer George Stephanopoulos&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/media\/abc-news-george-stephanopoulos-kamala-harris-moderate-wing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">said<\/a>&nbsp;Harris was &ldquo;the middle-of-the-road, moderate wing of the Democratic Party.&rdquo; The New York Times&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2020\/08\/11\/us\/politics\/kamala-harris-vp-biden.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">called<\/a>&nbsp;her a &ldquo;pragmatic moderate,&rdquo; while the Associated Press&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/virus-outbreak-election-2020-ap-top-news-race-and-ethnicity-ca-state-wire-5ac8fff8bbe1c70479604e3ff62ecb10\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">focused<\/a>&nbsp;on her &ldquo;centrist record.&rdquo; And so on.<\/p>\n<p>A &ldquo;small c conservative,&rdquo; one Washington Post columnist&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/opinions\/2020\/08\/12\/harris-is-small-c-conservative-party-friendly-pick-which-makes-her-just-right-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">wrote<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The only problem was,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/kamala-harris-scored-most-liberal-us-senator-2019\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">according<\/a>&nbsp;to GovTrack, Harris&rsquo; record in the Senate was to the left of red-diaper baby Bernie Sanders. She was least likely of any senator to join in any bipartisan bills.<\/p>\n<p>That&rsquo;s fine. Bipartisan bills are the pits. Harris wasn&rsquo;t handed&nbsp;a Senate seat by her former beau and California political kingpin Willie Brown to waste her time legislating with a bunch of pinheads. She was there to run for the presidency. In her truncated first term, few excelled more at smearing their political opponents.<\/p>\n<p>Remember when Harris moderately&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/campaign\/437107-harris-i-believe-biden-accusers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">accused<\/a>&nbsp;Brett Kavanaugh of gang rape?<\/p>\n<p>This false perception of moderation stems from Harris&rsquo; time as prosecutor and AG. Harris liked to brag about using &ldquo;a huge stick&rdquo; as a prosecutor in San Francisco, where she regularly threatened poor parents with jail time <a href=\"https:\/\/www.governing.com\/archive\/tns-kamala-harris-speaks-about-truancy-law.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">in her efforts<\/a>&nbsp;to craft social policy &mdash; which wasn&rsquo;t her job.<\/p>\n<p>It&rsquo;s true that Harris threw a lot of people in jail to bolster her political fortunes. Some of them&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2020\/09\/03\/kamala-harris-rampant-prosecutorial-abuses\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">likely<\/a>&nbsp;innocent. And judging from her disposition, she would throw a lot of more people into jail, if she could.<\/p>\n<p>When pro-life journalist David Daleiden published videos of Planned Parenthood executives nonchalantly discussing the selling of body parts, Harris had his home&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/news\/post-nation\/wp\/2016\/04\/05\/california-authorities-raid-home-of-anti-planned-parenthood-videographer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">raided<\/a>, seized evidence, and then tried to throw him in prison. She later&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtontimes.com\/news\/2016\/sep\/27\/kamala-harris-planned-parenthood-teamed-up-on-legi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">teamed up<\/a> with the abortion mill to write legislation that would squash the free speech rights of other pro-lifers.<\/p>\n<p>Like any good authoritarian, Harris enforces whatever laws she sees fit to enforce whenever she sees fit. One of the reasons Kamala allegedly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sfchronicle.com\/opinion\/openforum\/article\/Sen-Kamala-Harris-Why-I-cannot-support-Judge-11024088.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">opposed<\/a> the nomination of Neil Gorsuch was that the judge &ldquo;consistently valued legalisms&rdquo; &mdash; which is to say, respected the Constitution &mdash; &ldquo;over real lives.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Kamala was never one for legalism. When candidate Biden argued that Harris&rsquo; promise to issue an executive order unilaterally banning access to certain guns would be unconstitutional, she&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/ABC\/status\/1172315106476089344\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">retorted<\/a>: &ldquo;I would just say: Hey, Joe, instead of saying &lsquo;No we can&rsquo;t,&rsquo; let&rsquo;s say yes, we can,&#8217;&rdquo; before cackling at the very notion that presidents couldn&rsquo;t do whatever they wanted.<\/p>\n<p>As a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-nominee-for-top-state-dept-post-contributed-to-book-about-how-israel-lobby-controls-american-politics\/\" title=\"Biden Nominee for Top State Dept Post Contributed to Book About How \u2018Israel Lobby\u2019 Controls American Politics\">national candidate<\/a>, Kamala said she believed immigration laws should be treated as civil, rather than criminal, offenses. So, of course, Biden gave Kamala the job of border czar &mdash; she did not perform admirably, to say the least &mdash; where she&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.the-sun.com\/news\/2822072\/kamala-defend-aid-blames-climate-change-border-crisis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">noted<\/a>&nbsp;that one of the &ldquo;root causes&rdquo; of the problem was a &ldquo;lack of climate resilience,&rdquo; before sending corrupt regimes hundreds of millions of dollars.<\/p>\n<p>As a candidate, Harris supported abolishing private health insurance &mdash; &ldquo;Let&rsquo;s eliminate all of that. Let&rsquo;s move on,&rdquo; she&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2020\/12\/09\/joe-bidens-hhs-nominee-wants-a-compelete-government-takeover-of-health-care\/\">told<\/a>&nbsp;CNN. In addition to&nbsp;nationalizing health care and education, Kamala wants the government to control the manufacturing sector, the auto industry, food &hellip; and any industry that emits carbon.<\/p>\n<p>Harris was in favor of getting rid of the filibuster to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/kamala-harris-privately-vented-about-biden-position-on-filibuster-book-2022-3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">overturn<\/a> state voting laws, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/kamala-harris-says-cant-wait-end-senate-filibuster-democrats-win-seats-midterms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nationalizing<\/a> abortion on demand until birth, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2019\/09\/04\/politics\/kamala-harris-eliminate-filibuster-green-new-deal-climate-town-hall\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">passing<\/a> the Green New Deal &mdash; an authoritarian takeover of the economy&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2019\/02\/07\/ten-most-insane-requirements-green-new-deal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">written<\/a>&nbsp;by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, which would not only ban all fossil fuels force Americans to retrofit every building in in the country, eliminate air travel and meat, create government-guaranteed jobs, among many other authoritarian measures.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps the only thing that grosses out the vice president more than individual rights are practicing Catholics.<\/p>\n<p>Kamala is the kind of person who will&nbsp;raise money to<a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/democrats\/kamala-harris-still-raising-money-for-freedom-fund-that-busts-murderers-and-rapists-out-of-jail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;bail out<\/a>&nbsp;race rioters out of prison, but try to <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2019\/01\/04\/democrats-demand-investigation-knights-columbus-extreme-works-christian-charity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">stop<\/a> orthodox Catholics from&nbsp;serving on the bench. &ldquo;Are you or have you ever been a member of the Knights of Columbus?&rdquo; is basically what Kamala asked Brian Buescher, a Trump judicial nominee.<\/p>\n<p>It wasn&rsquo;t a big jump for a senator who treats charitable Christian organizations as fifth columnists to co-sponsor of the &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.heritage.org\/gender\/heritage-explains\/the-equality-act\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Equality Act<\/a>,&rdquo; which would have compelled religious hospitals to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/psaki-refuses-to-answer-if-biden-cares-about-doctors-who-object-to-performing-controversial-procedures\/\" title=\"Psaki Refuses To Answer If Biden Cares About Doctors Who Object To Performing Controversial Procedures\">perform gender transition surgeries<\/a> and shut down religious foster care organizations, among other things.<\/p>\n<p>On foreign policy, we don&rsquo;t really know, though we can guess. This week, Harris wouldn&rsquo;t even greet Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister of the only liberal democracy in the Middle East. She reportedly&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/news\/world\/israel-hamas-war-netanyahu-kamala-harris-biden-trump-support-gaza-rcna162992\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">won&rsquo;t<\/a>&nbsp;sit behind him during his speech to Congress. A few weeks ago, the same Kamala said antisemitic pro-Hamas campus protesters&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.timesofisrael.com\/kamala-harris-anti-israel-protesters-showing-exactly-what-human-emotion-should-be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">showed<\/a>&nbsp;&ldquo;exactly what the human emotion should be.&rdquo; In the past she has openly&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/emilykschrader\/status\/1815699319116242998\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">protested<\/a>&nbsp;with Islamic Republic propagandists from the National Iranian American Council. To be be fair, in some ways her disposition comports more with the latter than the former.<\/p>\n<p>When I say&nbsp;Harris is an authoritarian, I&rsquo;m not contending she&rsquo;s Hitler. I am saying she is a fan of obedience to authority, especially of Democrat-run government, at the expense of personal freedom in ways that are deeply un-American.
