Keir stated at the fourth summit of the European Political Community that he hopes to bring a new UK&rsquo;s approach to illegal immigration and do something &ldquo;practical,&rdquo; the outlet reported.<\/p>\n<p>A July 17 post allegedly shows a MailOnline article about Starmer. It shows a photo of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fact-check-does-this-image-show-a-yemeni-child-sleeping-between-the-graves-of-his-parents\/\" title=\"FACT CHECK: Does This Image Show A Yemeni Child Sleeping Between The Graves Of His Parents?\">young boy smiling<\/a>, purportedly Starmer.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Starmer classmate: Keir &lsquo;wet his pants in year 10&rsquo;; he cried and had to be taken home,&rdquo; the purported headline reads.<\/p>\n<p><span>This image has been digitally fabricated, however. The alleged article cannot be found via a search through the outlet&rsquo;s <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/home\/search.html?offset=0&amp;size=50&amp;sel=site&amp;searchPhrase=Starmer+classmate%3A+Keir+%27wet+his+pants+in+year+10%27%3B+he+cried+and+had+to+be+taken+home.&amp;sort=recent&amp;type=article&amp;type=video&amp;days=all\"><span>website<\/span><\/a><span>.&nbsp;<\/span><span>The byline credits &ldquo;Henry Baltswater&rdquo; as the article&rsquo;s writer, but there are no MailOnline <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/home\/search.html?offset=0&amp;size=50&amp;sel=site&amp;searchPhrase=henry+baltswater&amp;sort=relevant&amp;type=article&amp;authornamef=MailOnline+Reporter&amp;authornamef=Mailonline+Reporter&amp;days=all\"><span>search results<\/span><\/a><span>  for this name.
