It seems highly unlikely you will ever forget what happened to Fatiha was the result of your actions,&rdquo; the judge said.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;A young life full of promise has been lost,&rdquo; she said.<\/p>\n<p>Durran noted that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/surprise-accountability-office-inspections-find-grotesque-pattern-us-military-barracks-troops-deserve-much-better\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">landlord<\/a> had failed to solve the problem, according to the U.K.&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/uk-news\/article\/2024\/jul\/18\/london-woman-who-killed-neighbour-11-with-bedbug-poison-spared-jail\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Guardian<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The landlord had taken some action but it appears to have been rather cursory and the employees used to carry out the fumigation in the past do not appear to have been well trained or trained at all,&rdquo; she said.<\/p>\n<p>However, bringing the chemical aboard a plane from Italy could have led to a &ldquo;catastrophic mid-air incident and put hundreds of lives at risk&rdquo; if any had been released, she said.<\/p>\n<p>The court was told that other children in the area were unwell after the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/kindergarten-teacher-executed-poisoning-25-students\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">chemical<\/a> was used.<\/p>\n<p>On the day the girl died, she woke up at 4 a.m. with symptoms that included vomiting.<\/p>\n<p>At 9:30, first responders were called, who advised her to take anti-diarrhea medicine. They were called again at 1:30.
