The\u200c company was honored at the Out &#038; Equal Workplace Summit for its focus on diversity and inclusion after\u2062 funding an LGBT\u2064 pride event for children and asking employees to list \u200btheir pronouns. In response to criticism,\u2064 John Deere stated that it is listening to feedback and \u200blooking at its policies \u200bto align with its business strategy. Chip Roy (R-TX) arguing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/3075063\/chip-roy-argues-dei-destroying-country-criticism-kamala-harris\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title>it is &ldquo;destroying our country&rdquo;<\/a> in an interview last week. Rep.
