Trump Jr. pushed back against the notion that his\u200c father was a divisive figure, blaming the media for creating divisiveness around him. He also criticized the media for spreading lies and hoaxes about his father since his entry into politics. Despite \u200dSoboroff&#8217;s attempts to revive old controversies, Trump Jr. pointed out that the &#8220;kids \u200cin cages&#8221;\u200b narrative actually began \u200dunder the Obama administration and continued under the Biden\u2064 administration.\u2062 Trump Jr. emphasized the importance of the media being honest\u200d in their \u200ccoverage \u200dof his father&#8217;s achievements rather than focusing on negative \u2062narratives.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Republicans hoping to learn how to deal with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/sen-ted-cruz-plans-resolution-to-support-arms-sales-to-israel\/\" title=\"Sen. Ted Cruz Plans Resolution to Support Arms Sales to Israel\">corrupt corporate media<\/a> and their never-ending stream of lies should look no further than Donald Trump Jr.&rsquo;s recent exchange with MSNBC&rsquo;s Jacob Soboroff at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee.<\/p>\n<p>Soboroff approached Trump Jr. and his brother Eric Trump during the convention on Monday asking them to preview their father&rsquo;s ruling style if he is elected to the White House for a second time. He also asked Trump Jr. to agree that the 45th president is a &ldquo;divisive figure.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Your father as president, I think you would even say was a divisive figure. What&rsquo;s it going to look like in the second term?&rdquo; Soboroff&nbsp;asked Trump Jr.   <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I don&rsquo;t think he was a divisive figure at all,&rdquo; Trump Jr. retorted. &ldquo;I think the media created divisiveness around him. They lied about Russia, Russia collusion. They said he was a traitor. They went after him in every whichways possible.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Trump Jr. is right. Ever since his dad descended the golden escalator in 2015, the propaganda press have done nothing but lie, hoax, and smear the Republican&rsquo;s name and political career to <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/01\/19\/corrupt-media-use-misinformation-smears-to-fuel-democrats-get-trump-lawfare-campaign\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">advance Democrats&rsquo; &ldquo;get Trump&rdquo; agenda<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>It doesn&rsquo;t matter to outlets like MSNBC that a significant number of Americans voted for Trump in 2016 and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realclearpolitics.com\/epolls\/latest_polls\/national_president\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tell pollsters<\/a> they would do the same if the 2024 presidential election were held today. I covered the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-jr-tears-into-msnbc-even-48-hours-later-you-couldnt-wait-with-your-lies-washington-examiner\/\" title=\"Trump Jr. tears into MSNBC: \u2018Even 48 hours later, you couldn\u2019t wait with your lies\u2019 - Washington Examiner\">family separation crisis closely<\/a>. Will we continue to see policies like separating 5,000 children deliberately from their parents?&rdquo; Soboroff asked.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;You mean the Obama administration?&rdquo; Trump Jr. asked, rightfully pointing out that the infamous &ldquo;kids in cages&rdquo; narrative that dominated front pages and TV segments during Trump&rsquo;s tenure could be attributed to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/immigration\/kids-in-cages-debate-trump-obama\/2020\/10\/23\/8ff96f3c-1532-11eb-82af-864652063d61_story.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Obama White House<\/a> and was later copied by the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/02\/23\/white-house-defends-putting-migrant-kids-in-caged-shipping-containers-because-covid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Biden administration<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;You know they didn&rsquo;t do that, sir,&rdquo; Soboroff claimed.<\/p>\n<p>Even if former President Barack Obama had nothing to do with the &ldquo;kids in cages&rdquo; as Soboroff insists, Americans don&rsquo;t care about a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/republicans-strongly-dislike-corporate-media\/\" title=\"Republicans strongly dislike corporate media\">media-manufactured migrant scandal<\/a> from two administrations ago. They care about the <a href=\"https:\/\/news.gallup.com\/poll\/644570\/immigration-named-top-problem-third-straight-month.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ongoing border invasion<\/a>, incentivized by Biden, that <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/07\/02\/counting-the-most-horrific-crimes-allegedly-committed-by-illegals-who-crossed-the-border-under-bidens-watch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">brings violent crime,<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/03\/11\/dear-msnbc-i-care-about-the-border-crisis-because-illicit-fentanyl-killed-my-daughter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fatal drugs<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/06\/07\/1-in-5-nyc-hotels-is-now-an-illegal-migrant-shelter-driving-up-prices\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">other problems<\/a> to their hometowns at alarming rates.<\/p>\n<p>If Soboroff was anything close to a decent journalist who wanted to get to the bottom of Trump&rsquo;s plans to save the country, he would have asked how the Republican will handle Americans&rsquo; overwhelming concerns about the millions of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/federal-judge-orders-release-of-illegal-border-crossers-who-stormed-texas-national-guard\/\" title=\"Federal judge mandates the release of illegal border crossers who surged past Texas National Guard\">illegal border crossers entering<\/a> the country in record-breaking swaths. Instead, he confirmed that the staggering number of Americans who <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/05\/02\/poll-more-than-8-in-10-americans-dont-trust-corporate-media-to-report-facts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">have lost faith in corporate media<\/a>&nbsp;to accurately report on or reflect their views are right to distrust press people like him. <\/p>\n<p>Trump Jr., who quickly realized there is no reasoning with one of the thousands of irrational partisans running the corporate press, ended the interview there. But not before giving Soboroff a piece of his mind. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;It&rsquo;s M-S-D-N-C, so I expect nothing less from you clowns. Even today, even 48 hours later, you couldn&rsquo;t wait. You couldn&rsquo;t wait with your lies and with your nonsense.
